A friend and I stayed here 3 nights for a friend's wedding. The room was very basic. The bathroom was a little bit mouldy and had a stale smell. Apart from the hotel being close to Wembley Central station, there's nothing nice about it. If you just want a place to sleep, it's for you but mind you although it's... More

We stayed 2 nights there. It's a very basic hotel in a good location for Wembley Arena, shops and tube. Thankfully this hotel seems to have already made great improvements with a refurb, but there is still room for a little bit more. The staff were all very pleasant, we can't fault them. However our room absolutely stank of cigarette... More

Went to the England game last night and needed a hotel close to the ground and this is perfect. About a 5-10 minute walk passing through a high street with loads of pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself has got many bad reviews on here and some maybe justified but our experience was alright. Staff was nice the place is... More

Dirty and smelly with a bad odour as you walk around the quirky corridors. Terrible smell emanating from outside, had to shut window on a hot day because it was so bad. However, to add a positive balance to this, it's close to the Tube Station and near to Wembley Stadium. Shower worked too, but it did fill up kinda... More

Positive feedback is the great location right behind Wembley high street and 3 min. To Wembley central station Negative feedback is that it was a terrible room. Very uncomfortable bed. Only 1 channel in TV. Hair at walls in shower cabin. Dirty floor. Just overall a very discusting place. No way I'll return. It's very few times I say it... More

We stayed for a couple of nights room 226 ... Petit but so was the price ... Overall clean with new bathroom shower although drainage for shower needs urgent attention (have to stop halfway through to avoid flooding). Staff were pleasant enough and felt welcomed.. Couple of downsides which can be improved easily 1. Hoover landings regularly (we had bits... More

The hotel room was very dirt and very different than what can be seen on the website and booking.com pictures. There wasn't the option to void the booking once there, so I had to stay, but it was a terrible night! A lot of noise coming from outside and other rooms together with a terrific mattress didn't let me sleep... More

Stayed there on the 10th Sept for concert at Wembley Stadium. Got to say it is in great location for Wembley Stadium only a 10 minute walk. Rooms are small and shall we say in need of a refurb. Staff were very disorganised but cheerful. When we booked in we were told we could have the key for the room... More

I thought I knew what type of hotel I was booking when I booked it. A few dads and their teenage sons going to Wembley to watch an evening football match, we just needed somewhere fairly cheap and cheerful to stay the night. However. . . . . . . this hotel was edging towards cheap but certainly not edging... More
