My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night last December. We knew the only parking was in the public carpark up the street, but having been to Boscastle before, I knew it was only a short walk. We prepared by packing a small bag of essentials each and leaving our large cases in the car, which made the climb...

Hi   I would just like to thank all of the staff for a wonderful stay at the Riverside this easter weekend.    The rooms worked out fine in the end and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The lady serving our table, Sue, was exceptional. Thank you.    We found the staff very welcoming, especially as we have...

We first knew of this place because of the restaurant on the riverside, which we have eaten in several times (nice food, reasonable prices), but they also have rooms that are comfortable - and incredibly quiet at night. Boscastle is a lovely place.

I booked this weekend (Sat-Mon) break for my husband's big birthday and also as a get away treat. The Riverside offered such a welcome retreat from hustle and bustle and also a perfect base for days out. We had a superb meal in the restaurant (recommend the steak and the apple profiteroles!) so much so that instead of eating out...

Myself & my husband spent a night at the Riverside. We were very impressed. The room was spacious, spotless & well equipped, and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice & all staff friendly and helpful. It was one occasion where it was worth checking online...we were quoted £85 on the phone but paid £65 for...

We have just returned from a two day break for our Wedding Anniversary at Riverside Boscastle. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable, our room overlooked the river. The Riverside is run by a lovely family who go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We had our evening meal in...

Stayed one night in a room overlooking the creek running along the side of the Inn. Fascinating to watch ducklings learning to navigate the strong flowing water. Seen from the small bridge over the creek separating accommodation from the lovely garden restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable enough and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is not...

We recently visited The Riverside for lunch - we had Mushroom soup with a sandwich. We really felt that for the price this was very good value but the quality of the soup was lovely. We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit here after a walk around Boscastle - shall definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

we eat at The Riverside several times a year when we stay at Tintagel. The food is very good and the staff are lovely. Attentive but not in your face. I would highly recommend anyone to eat here. My husband always has the fish of the day because it is so fresh.
