Couple (ages 30 & 25) - We stayed in one of the rooms in the house and it was a good size, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. There was a kettle with tea and coffee plus a fridge with fresh milk in every day (nice touch). The house is in a great location for exploring Cornwall. A 5 minute walk...

Just returned from a lovely 4 day stay at Sandbanks. Our room was of a very high standard with a good sized shower room. Julie and Chris were excellent hosts with Julie providing a lovely breakfast to suit all tastes. In the evening we tried various restaurants for an evening meal and found 'Salt' in Hayle to be one of...

The location is good for coastal walks, is near to St. Ives and Penzance, but there is nowhere to walk to for an evening meal or drink for instance! Accommodation is clean, the breakfast is faultless (despite glass topped tables being very noisy). We were in the garden bedroom, which overlooks the owner's beautifully designed garden - which you are...

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're glad you enjoyed the B&B and the breakfast. Just to inform you that we do have a pub in walking distance as written in our guest information folder. We apologise for the issues with the toilet flush, this is being attended to immediately. Many thanks for your comments.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was lovely, very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would expect in a B&B. There was a warm welcome & the breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and served in the delightful conservatory. Knowing Penzance etc fairly well we had no need of the info provided which was also very well presented...

We stayed at Sandbank house for 4 nights in August. The room was lovely, clean, today and finished to a high standard. Julie was lovely, provided us with whatever we wanted at breakfast, followed by a chat about our plans for the day! The house is very cosy and relaxing, and I would recommend a stay here! The breakfast was...

We stayed for 6 nights and wanted to stay for a few more. The hosts are exemplary and the accommodation is as good as any 5* hotel we have visited. The freshly prepared breakfast is as tasty as you could wish for and you are never rushed to finish. What a splendid way to start the day in such a...

A lovely 3 night break in Hayle. Julie was a lovely host and even stood on the door to help us when we got slightly lost (it was our first time to the area!).
