Arrived early morning after very bad experience at Riviere Sands Haven Park. Immediately made Welcome by Colin who was helpful and understanding. In the end we stayed for 3 nights and I have to thank Colin, Danielle and Hayden. They were brilliant and made me feel so welcome. Onto the Hotel. We stayed on rooms 204 and 205 in the...

Has a 2 night stay here and was very impressed. The hotel had recently been refurbished and was like 'new'. The room was bright, clean and there was plenty of room to 'be'. Everything was as described and the bed was comfortable - so much so that we overslept, something we never do!! The staff were very friendly and helpful...

We escaped the Premier Inn barracks of the south coast via the guard room and headed for Hayle. A mob. call informed us that builders were busy here and there may be some disruption, well there wasn't, Part of the car park was cordoned of and left plenty of parking spaces for guest along with an impression of being a...

when going away we always seek out the local Premier Inn . On arrival we noticed the place was undergoing improvement works and we were a bit put off but we shouldn't have been as it was hardly noticeable noise wise once locked away in the newly developed rooms which were easily the best equipped we had stayed in ....

Great hotel, hayle is an amazing place to visit and the staff in reception are helpful, friendly and welcoming. I had the fantastic breakfast, the only problem was that adults can't get away from screaming kids in the restaurant, an adults area only is needed maybe to the left as you enter the building! Every meal was spoilt by misbehaving...

Despite undergoing improvement works , stay here was brilliant. Upgraded rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet rooms at rear on first floor , no traffic noise and rooms seem better insulated as didn't here any foot traffic in hotel.. Staff ,as usual, provided excellent customer service..

Stayed here over easter holidays with my partner whilst on a jaunt down to Cornwall and were put in one of the newly built/refurbished rooms. Nicer than any of the other 4* hotels we stayed in. 10/15 mins drive to St. Ives. Would happily stay again (but ask for one of the new rooms!)

It was easy to locate the property and to park there. The welcome at reception was most effusive and efficient. We were allocated refurbished rooms on the second floor. These were very quiet but it was a long way to haul cases along corridors an up two flights of stairs. There was no lift. It was clean and rooms offered...
