This is in a great location, easy to access a range of local attractions. The property has age, and the décor complements this. However all facilities are current, so you get the ambience and comfort. The hosts were friendly, and very helpful. On initial arrival the drive can be easily missed

An old rectory in an old village close to a creek leading to the River Camel and Padstow harbour. Our room was a little small with the shower room a few yards down the hall, so not so convenient, but all 8 other bedrooms were en suite and more spacious. Prices vary and ours was reasonable for the size. Breakfasts...

Lovely room (her ladyship's); we had a most relaxing and comfortable stay. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. Best thing of all were the breakfasts - such a selection, including homemade muffins and American pancakes with berries. I had to drag my boyfriend away!

We have stayed here many times now, both in the main building, and the cottage attached, and I can honestly say the is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in, anywhere in the country. We have business and family in the area, so we are down in the Padstow area frequently, and we always stay at the molesworth....

My mother was attending the Rick Stein Cookery School for 2 days so I made an impromptu visit to Cornwall to be her driver. We stayed in the Maid's Room which was the cheapest room but very comfortable and very well equipped with hair dryer, tea & coffee etc etc. The breakfast was delicious with home baked goodies and fresh...

Started with friendly greeting. Nice spacious bright room, good bathroom. People enjoying the grounds of this 1600's former rectory. Honour bar was nice tough. Breakfast was great, service very accommodating for our schedule.

This beautiful old rectory, in a peaceful country setting close to Padstow, offers olde-world, stylish accommodation in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is a delight with an excellent choice of food, both hot and cold, as well as daily specials (not least wonderful muffins). The owners are most welcoming and helpful. There is a pleasant walk from the Manor...

Stayed for three nights in 'The Round Room', lovely comfortable bed, huge bath everything, spotlessly clean and fresh. Geoff and Jessica were friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were amazing. I would love to stay again in the warmer weather as I spotted a few quiet nooks and crannies in the garden that would be lovely places to curl up...

Situated in Little Petherick just outside Padstow this place is a real find. The driveway is on the tight side so take it slowly and park on the gravel in front of the house. Ring the bell by the big wooden door and receive a warm welcome, once signed in you get a brief tour and shown to your room....

We stayed here for one night during the school half term. An old rectory full of charm and comfort. Really warm welcome, with a refreshing cup of tea that we were able to take in the lounge/sitting room area. Our room was the Cook's Room, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast really lovely, with emphasis on local produce, kept us going...
