An excellent room with everything beautifully presented, our double room had a lovely view down the valley. The owners, Sheila and Richard Hanson, are friendly and welcoming and very helpful indeed. We shall most certainly be visiting them again and are recommending them to our friends.

Stayed here for a family wedding and really enjoyed our time. The grounds were beautiful, the facilities fantastic and we had a suite with so much room you could have got 3 more families in. A perfect retreat

We tend to have quite a few weekends away so are no strangers to bed and breakfasts. Hazelmere is fantastic. Lovely room with the most comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean with every little extra you could imagine, toiletries choice of teas and coffees, room tidied each day. The owners were a pleasure and extremely helpful, even down to offering us a...

The BB is on the main road, easy to find. cured. clean and friendly. negative rating depends on a bizarre habit of the owners. The bb closes from eleven until three, four in the afternoon, and the owners have put me out of the room I had paid, and of the house, saying they had to go away and they...

This must be one of the most comfortable Guesthouses in which I have stayed. The rooms are quite comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast is VERY good, and the advice for restaurants and places to visit was tops. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful house both inside and out. We got to know Richard and Sheila really well in the 10 days we stayed there recently. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they really made us feel at home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Lostwithiel is ideally placed to explore the county.
