So lovely to revisit. Rooms up to usual standard and very welcoming. Food very good especially breakfast where nothing is too much trouble. Evening meals also very good. Staff so very friendly. Feels almost like home from home.

We wanted a few days in the South West. We looked on line at a few places before choosing The Wildmoor, which we had visited for a drink before. The location was perfect and chose a sea view room as the surcharge was quite small. The pub serves real ale and does good homemade food. My partner and I were...

Found this lovely place after staying the weekend in Porth, Newquay. Decided on a coastal trip around north cornwall. Lovely breakfast with everything eggs bacon 2 sausgaes toast, baked Beans, scalloped potatoes and such a good price too, The Beach it was called. Overlooking a beautiful beach too with the waves rolling in what more could you wish for. Fantastic.

Stopped just the one night to be convenient for an early flight from Cornwall airport the next morning. Arrived fairly late and settled in to very pleasant clean and good rooms overlooking the bay. Quite happy to accept our large dog into the rooms and bar. Immediately next to a wonderful beach which is happy to have dogs. The food...

We arrived after a long day walking, and had to stand through a rather silly fire safety talk from a young member of staff before we could relax in our room....

Arrived just as service was closing, but the friendly waitress offered to ask chef if we could get sandwiches. We agreed with trepidation expecting supermarket bread and sparse fillings! The chef agreed and we had two cheese and a beef and hoped for the best, ordering drinks too. The amazing sandwiches arrived with a properly dressed salad and crisps, the...

Arrived at the Merrymoor Inn with a big smile. What a fab location. Small selection of shops and also the beautiful beach opposite. The room was amazing and had all the facilities needed. Loved the Jacuzzi bath. The staff met all our requests with a smile and friendly attitude. Food was delicious. We ate from the menu on Saturday and...
