We received a warm welcome and were shown to our adequately sized, bright and clean room. The bathroom was out dated but clean, the shower really needs updating. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and much better than I expected, fresh fruit, cereals and food cooked to order.

Good afternoon Judith, Thank you for your lovely review and glad you would consider visiting us again. Having only been here just over 19 months, we are gradually working our way around updating and refreshing our rooms and guest areas. We had started with all downstairs guest areas and making a start on the bedrooms themselves, some of which already have new showers and a refreshing coat of paint etc. Hopefully next time you visit, you will find an improvement. We certainly like to add the special touches of fresh fruit, a comfortable and relaxing guest lounge with drinks and snacks available to purchase along with a freshly cooked breakfast to make our guests enjoy their stay with us. Look forward to seeing you again. Kind regards Declan & Jean

Good afternoon Andy, So glad you enjoyed your stay with us and enjoyed your breakfast to set you up for another day walking the SW coastal path. We certainly try to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay with a relaxing atmosphere and a good freshly cooked breakfast the next morning. Coupled with the local pub being a short walk away for a nice meal or drink, we feel we are on the right road to making our guests feel welcome on arrival and comfortable enough to return to visit us again. Kind regards Declan & Jean

Hi Sue and Terry So glad you enjoyed your stay with us as much as we enjoyed meeting you - it really was a pleasure. We do try to ensure all our guests enjoy our hospitality with cozy room, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. We hate to see anyone leaving hungry so if our guests are leaving earlier than usual, we always offer a packed breakfast to take with you and we are really pleased you also enjoyed your 'takeaway'. We'll look forward to seeing again soon and so will Roxie.

I really can't understand the reviews that you posted. Mr husband & I stayed at Trevarrian Lodge just over a week ago & we also stand by our comments. It is very difficult to find such a good b&b in such a lovely setting so will definitely be returning

Hi there! is it easy to get to Boardmasters from the lodge?
Hi Yes it is only 1.5 miles to Watergate Bay for the music festival of Boardmasters and a 4.5 mile walk/bus ride to Fistral Beach Board events.
