We met friends at the pub and had a great lunch. It was of good quality and an excellent price with a wide choice. There were not many people in at the time so we did not expect everything to be available but it was. It was cooked fresh. Well done. Go again anytime.

I stayed for one night on Saturday 14/11/15 in room 3. The room was a pleasant, large double room with a bay window. Everything was clean and well appointed with a large en-suite bathroom which included a full bath AND a walk in shower. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer for the ladies. I was concerned...

First of all, the rooms are quiet, as they are in a side wing and not above the bar/restaurant. Second, the inn is central and close to shops and bus stops for those who want to explore the Lizard. The room was pleasant and comfortable and spacious. Wifi was good and satellite TV had more channels than we could count....

Last night we called into The Old Inn for our tea at 7.30pm. It was busy but not too crowed and the waitress found us a table quickly and took our drinks order. 20mins later our drinks arrived despite chasing 2 or 3 times! We were just about to walk out! We ordered starters and main meal at 7.45pm. Our...

Ordered a cheese sandwich, was served a sandwich filled with dry cheese dust, not a piece of cheese and side salad consisting of chopped lettuce and two tiny pieces of tomato I did not complain at the time because I did not want to get into a debate with the unhelpful staff.SO THE MESSAGE HERE IS IF YOU ORDER A...

My husband and I went there for lunch today for the first (and last) time. The starters came quickly enough, but the main courses took over 40mins to reach us, mine was delicious, but the portion very small considering the price, but my main concern was that the meal was only just warm, very disappointed. My husband had the beer...

I came to this pub twice during my recent holiday and I have to say 10/10 for everything, the tables were clean, the staff were very welcoming and to top it all off the best pasty and chips in the area. Go if your ever in the area and for techno lovers out there the wifi is pretty fast.
