We've stayed here before and came back using a past guest offer for another 2 nights with breakfasts and evening meals included. We upgraded to a seaview room, whereas last time we were overlooking the car park. The view was amazing but the room was not particularly any better, not that there was anything wrong with it either. As before...

Our third visit to this fine hotel with our pet dog Daisy. The hotel provides a blanket, bowls and treats in your room for your special friend as well as being able to accompany you in the vista lounge to eat, drink and relax. The hotel has ample grounds to exercise your dog and is just a short walk to...

According to our 6 year old this is "the best hotel" he's ever stayed at - and he's stayed at some special places. Both our boys completely loved The Den; it was spotless, modern, packed with toys, organised activities and amazing staff. Never before have I felt comfortable leaving our boys in holiday care. I could write all evening about...

Came here with the family and had forgotten how lovely it is. Kids really enjoyed it and the food was even better than last time. It was the details that made it - little things in the room for the kids, birthday card for me, pirate treasure hunt, top quality bed linen and comfiest bed ever; and the lighting -...

Stayed for a night and spent most of the following morning in the 'living' area drinking coffee and taking in the fabulous views. Room was nice, pool facilities are ok (a little small), nice staff. Would definitely visit again!

Visited for lunch with friends. Ample parking, lovely welcome on entering. The view overlooking the bay was outstanding. Bumped into other friends already lunching with their toddlers. Chose a comfy seat to sit and gaze out to sea whilst waiting for lunch to arrive. There was a good choice on the menu, I chose a sandwich which arrived with a...

We spent two nights here during a quiet week on a package deal, large room, huge comfy bed, great views of the sea. Bathroom needed a bit of TLC ( a bit chilly, no where to put anything and nasty cheap loo seat). Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is plenty of space to relax in the lounge too....

Came to the Polurrian bay hotel for a friends wedding. The location is lovely, beds are comfortable and staff are friendly. The house keeping staff were extremely friendly they would speak to me when ever I passed. The carpet in the rooms should be changed though, very discoloured especially round the bed where it is almost black. Beautiful view from...

What can I say. This hotel is perfect for anyone with babies or kids. Just perfect. Lovely child friendly staff. Brill baby facilities. Perfect! The view from the restaurant is stunning and they have toys to keep baby's happy, a games room for older kids. We had an afternoon tea. No cheap but was lovely though.
