Having stayed in a few B&Bs recently, it must be said that Ragstones was easily the warmest feeling we got from one. Jacqui, the owner, was so accommodating and friendly and a fantastic chef. We really enjoyed staying at her house, it was almost the highlight of a wet, and very odd, wedding weekend. It's quiet, peaceful, and totally charming....

The owners Jackie and George are wonderful. Very friendly and offered cake and tea on our arrival which was well appreciated. Both owners are knowledgeable about the local area and places to visit. Room was perfect with everything we needed to complete a comfortable stay. We will be returning with our children next year.

We were treated to a lovely piece of homemade cake with the tea which went down really well. Our room was very comfortable with the bed being both comfortable and a kingsized bed. The room...

From the friendly welcome to the fabulous breakfast Ragstones cannot be faulted. Handily located for the Eden project and many resorts/harbours on the south coast it's an ideal base for touring. Although near the main A38 its a peaceful location
