Stayed here last night. Arrived late straight off the train (really well located 4 min walk) and headed up the hill. Easy to find and walked into the bar which was friendly and straight away I was recognised by my name and could have gone straight off tinny room with no hassle of check in. I stayed had a pint...

If you need reasonable accommodation in the Fowey area, this place might be for you. This is essentially a local pub with rooms. Having said that, residents have their own modern wing with separate entrance and check in. The rooms are clean and pleasant. They have the usual accoutrements including wifi, tv, ensuite, and so forth. We were on the...

We had an overnight stay in this pub, which is very convenient for the Eden Centre and the Lost Gardens. The room was not large but had a very comfortable 4 poster bed. The shower in the bath was pathetic pressure-wise and it would be nice to have a mixer tap in the basin. We had a very substantial dinner...

The room at the hotel was quite comfortable. We had asked for twin beds and a walk in shower. We were given a king size bed and a put you up. The walk in shower was an excellent wet room, which met our needs very well. The put you up bed was not too comfortable and took up a lot...

The bedrooms are very well appointed, bed is really comfortable, and quiet. The Inn itself is a typical 'pub' which only enhances the ambience. Staff were very pleasant & most accommodating, and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would love to return. . Very conveniently situated for The Eden Project and surrounding beauty spots.

Had a lovely evening meal here while staying down the road at the Bolsowen B&B. I was waking around the South West Coast Path and was on my way to Looe the next day so needed a hearty meal. I ordered a Cornish Yarg stuffed Chicken Breast. I didn't really know what Yarg was so just went for it. It...

We stayed in one of the new bedrooms beyond the restaurant area on the ground floor. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. An extremely welcome stay after a wet day's walking on the South West Coast Path. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and found the food perfectly acceptable. The convenience of having the train station opposite was a great...

6 of us arrived for an evening event close by. Plenty of off road parking, efficient check in and out. Large bar area with sky sports which was a bonus. We had room 15, plenty of room, large shower area and the shower worked well. Breakfast was excellent, with the full English freshly made. Good coffee as well. All in...

2 minute walk from Par train station and fairly priced local taxi services got us to the Eden project in just 5 minutes! Beautiful 4 poster bed, comfortable room and tasty morning menu that caters for all. Excellent evening meal menu and specials board too-we highly recommend the brie wedges with tomato chutney salad and gammon steak. A must for...
