Thank you for finding the time to write us up a lovely review. It was a pleasure having you both here. I'm glad you got some surfing in. Keep an eye out for the good swell coming through in September/October. See you then. Regards. Nick.

We decided to spend our first anniversary in Cornwall and booked Trevian Lodge as our Base. The lodge was full of character and presented in an excellent way ( it almost felt like home). The bedroom was spacious, clean and had the feel of a cottage, the en suite bathroom was fresh and ha a modern feel to it. The...

We had a wonderful stay at Trevian Lodge, it is tucked away in a quiet part of town an easy short walk from restaurants and beach. Comfy beds, first-rate breakfasts. The host Nick is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. It’s more like staying with friends than in a guesthouse.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Trevian Lodge B&B Perranporth was built in the 1850s and combines a delightful mix of traditional charm and modern luxuries. There are 4 boutique rooms, and as of this year all of the bedrooms have a spacious luxurious en-suite. Trevian Lodge is the closest B&B to Winston Graham's former home (barely 25m in front of the house). You can sleep in a Mine Captains room, just like Ross Poldark, and see the view of the beach and dunes that inspired Winston Graham to write his famous novels. There is off-street parking. All the rooms have complimentary tea and coffee, TV with DVD player, free wi-fi, alarm, hairdryer and toiletries. A mouth-watering English Breakfast is served in the dining room, accompanied by cereals, toast, juice, freshly brewed tea or coffee. Or choose from a selection of lighter options including tasty pancakes, waffles, french toast or omelettes. There is dairy-free milk, vegetarian sausages, gluten free cereals, bread, sausages and pancakes for our guests on special diets. The towns restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance and the beach is only 2 minutes further. We do not have the facilities to accept pets or children under 7. ... more   less
