I recently stayed at The Cedars B&B whiLst visiting family for Christmas and was very impressed. The farmhouse-style building was beautifully presented. My room was lovely. Well-designed and full of character, it was clean and with great facilities (including a DVD-player and DVDs to choose from). It was also nice and quiet, which for me is a must. The view...

It was great fun watching the family's ducks play in the pond in the backyard while having breakfast. You could even have a duck egg for your breakfast if you wanted one. Delicious "cook to order" English breakfast. David and Janet very friendly and helpful. Really,...

Stayed for 1 night in September, the house is beautiful, the welcome from David & Janet, the owners, was very good too. Our bedroom was a good size, and the ensuite had everything. The breakfast was excellent, the buffet part, cereal, juice & coffee was good, and the cooked breakfasts had a lot of choice. It was nice to watch...

We could not wish for a more comfortable B & B. The room was immaculately clean and cosy, the breakfast delicious with beautiful table settings and lovely fresh food. Janet and David made us very welcome and were justly proud of their lovely establishment. The garden was a picture and the ducks puddling around were a delightful distraction.
