Ideal location, just a short walk to the local bars and the ferry to Padstow. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast delightful. Ate out every day locally so can't comment on their restaurant. Capt Medley Isle of Man

Part of our tour of Cornwall we stayed at The St Enodoc . A lovely hotel in a super location . Our bedroom was excellent and the breakfast super too . We ate locally for our evening meal but with hindsight wish we had eaten at the hotel . Our only negative , it appeared to lack atmosphere , it...

Visited for lunch yesterday with our dog. We sat outside with a good bottle of wine and some excellent 'nibbles'. The waiter was excellent as was the wine and location. We would recommend it thoroughly.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel recently. We are second-time visitors, as we couldn’t resist a return after the calming and beautiful stay we had last time. Again, very impressed by the standard of room – luxurious, but homely and comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant, which was great value. The staff were friendly and...

Terrible place to visit all round. had the worst spa experience here. Awful massage, really unprofessional and inconsistent. And they did not seem to not know what they were doing at all by massaging me in places they shouldn't (lymph nodes, bone) and not providing things like bolsters which is just standard practice. I came away feeling worse than when...

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, our room had scenic views over looking the camel estuary. The staff where very friendly & helpful, especially the receptionist & one of there waitresses that came to my wife's rescue. Good food & at a reasonable price for the area. Very pleasant stay, would book again.

Superb afternoon tea, warm scones, lashings of cream and jam and great service. All eaten by the lovely warm fire. Just what we needed on a blustery day! If we ever come back this way we will definitely call again.

Sunday lunch: restaurant empty. What a shame. As the only diners, we were served beautifully (!) and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Excellent crab linguine with ginger chilli coriander and coconut cream for one and potted salmon and brown shrimp with chervil mace and toasted black treacle soda bread for the other. Followed by outstandingly good roast hake with chorizo lentils...

Our second visit to St Enodoc and as lovely as last time if not lovelier. This is a truly fine hotel, a beautiful place to get away from it all and relax. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly welcoming staff members. This is fast becoming a favourite.

On the Cornwall coast, even out of season, it is not always easy to find peace and tranquillity but I certainly did here. Modern and fresh in style but with a cosy and welcoming feel. Service from a young team a flawless blend of attentiveness without intrusiveness. In the off season they do various good offers. I will be back...
