We stayed two nights this past weekend whilst down for a wedding nearby. Friendly staff, clean room and really tasty food. Really enjoyed our stay and it made a great base for exploring. Off road private parking was also a bonus.

My advice is to let them know how you feel. being as specific and objective as possible about what made you unhappy and also maybe offering constructive comments.

About a quarter of a mile, but involves steep climb down steps or more gentle walk down along the roadside. Well worth it though.
