We visited the St Agnes Hotel as usual on our annual visit to Cornwall to visit family. We popped for Sunday lunch and what a disappointment. We both had the roast dinner the veg was overcooked in places and hard in others the beef was tasteless. Later in our second week we decided the poor meal was probably a one...

St Agnes is a charming village with a great beach and lots and lots of tourists. As a consequence, the St Agnes Hotel, in a prime position opposite the church, doesn't need to make much of an effort as it will always have rooms occupied. The administration is haphazard to say the least and, although the rooms have nice views...

Have stayed here on a number of occasions, the last visit being June 2015. I cant find fault with any aspect of the stay. Food and service excellent, accommodation good and the bar extremely well run and very friendly with a nice mix of locals and tourists. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel in the village of St Agnes. Offers great food and a friendly welcome. Rooms are reasonably priced and dog friendly. They do charge for your dog £5 a night so not a major issue .Ample car park at rear of hotel. Great base to explore from. Just been refurbished but hasn't lost its charm.

Working all day doing up a flat in St. Agnes. Popped up to the village for a couple of beers and the Beef Nachos at the St. Agnes Hotel. Great, no better than that lovely! Will be back. Service was quick, food was hot, they asked if I wanted Jalapeños - I did...what more can you ask for?

Have visited several times this year and whilst the welcome is always warm the food can be disappointing. Sunday lunch was great value for money and excellent portion but I ate there the next Saturday evening and the burger and chips I had was poor (dry) and unexpectedly poor quality ingredients, chips were indifferent and I thought over priced, so...

This is a good traditional hotel in a lovely location and is good value for money. The public areas ( bar, dining room) are nicely decorated with a cool elegance. The food is good particularly the breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was our room (1) which was at the rear of the hotel, had no...
