We found this wonderful hotel last year and were so impressed we returned again this year. The staff, food and location are superb and would recomend it highly. The location is ideal for exploring all areas of Cornwall.

This hotel looks lovely on the outside, lots of trees, greenery and parking available. Situated perfectly for a visit to St Agnes and its surrounding areas. This is where i'm afraid my affection stops. This hotel could be so much more but it seems happy to live in the past. Tired rooms, small thin 'bath'towels, dingy en suite with a...

I don't usually bother writing about seaside based hotels in UK as so many of them are poorly staffed with below average food, especially those catering for coach groups. However this one is in a class of its own, and worth every praise it gets - and more, hidden away in its own lovely grounds in the tiny Cornish village...

Stayed at this hotel for a family do. The communal areas were nice and breakfast was good but we had a very small double room over the front entrance. The bathroom was very small and the shower was very small and the base had been tiled but was unfinished. Shower curtain was not good. The comings and goings through the...

This family run hotel set in a quiet area of the town of St Agnes is comfortable welcoming, high quality and very good value for money. We stayed 4 nights on a package holiday. On arrival we welcomed on the coach by one of the owners who explained house rules, meal times etc. In no time we collected our keys...

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome, given our room key promptly, and advised when dinner would be served. Our cases were delivered into our room with no delay, so we were able to settle in and freshen up before the meal. All the staff, without exception, were pleasant and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Although...

We discovered this hotel by accident some fourteen years ago , and have returned every year since then . The building is full of character , and has a fascinating history , which the curator of the local museum explains in his weekly talk at the hotel . The greeting at reception when you check in is always warm and...
