Had a fantastic 2 week stay at this well decorated and accomodating b and b. The owners terry and shane are very warm , friendly and caring people. Rooms clean and tidy, a nice variety of breakfast options. They have a good knowledge of the surrounding areas and great days out for all the family.

We had a brilliant 3 night stay. Very clean, comfy room. Breakfast was so good it kept us going most of the day. If you need to know anything about places to visit, just ask. Very easy access to the town (and local pubs) and a very quiet location. We would recommend this lovely little bungalow accommodation and will definitely...

Terry and Shaun were fantastic hosts even to our dog who loved getting her daily dog treats. Very friendly and informative. The Beech Tree is fabulously located to explore Fowey, Mevagissey and the Lost gardens of Heligan. A lovely quaint guest house with charming rooms. We enjoyed the breakfasts and found the hosts very welcoming and informative. Room was clean, cosy and comfortable (room 4). A lovely bungalow that looks small from the outside but is like the tardis inside. Would return if visiting Cornwall again. Wi-fi access which is free and fast.
