What a wonderful place to stay, 1st visit to St Austell and was most impressed. Located in the centre of the town close to plenty of places to eat in the evenings. With the railway/bus station within easy walking distance getting around the duchy without a car couldn't have been easier. B&B was quiet & relaxing with polite & helpful...

I visited Cherry Eden earlier in the year whilst on a business trip in Cornwall. The service and welcome was excellent. The guest house is very centrally located in the town, but sufficiently set back from the main street so that you can get a peaceful night's sleep. My wife and I had a really pleasant time at Cherry Eden. The place was well maintaned, the rooms were spotlessly clean and Malcolm and Pam were ideal hosts. Pam & Malcolm run a lovely clean establishment, my wife & I have just returned after spending 4 lovely nights at the Cherry Eden, the secret garden is just lovely. We loved meeting the cats & dogs, I know!! you either hate cats or love em, we love em!!! Malcolms breakfasts are second to none and Pams attention to detail...

good location to the train station to travel around the rest of cornwall - although not much to do in st austell itself not a good way to win friends and influence people but on arrival the owner asked my son if i was mum or grandma! the next day our luggage was moved around the room therefore meaning everything...
