Had a lovely nights stay at Mountview. Kim is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cracking. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Had a good nights sleep. Bed was enormous and soft. The drive and car park a bit challenging, suppose the name gives it away! The location is ideal. Not far from shops and pubs.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. We were met at the door by Kim, the owner, who was most welcoming, we found the b&b to be a friendly and warm place to be. We cannot recommend highly enough, and will definately be returning. The breakfast was superb, kept us going all through the day while we were house hunting. You...

Kim was very welcoming of us with a 15 month old baby. If your going ask her to see Ted the dog, our daughter loved him. Nice veiw from the room and breakfast was good and freshly cooked for us. Would recommend driving the 15 mins to the local port and eating out

Just back from a three night stay at the lovely Mountview. Kim made us very welcome and I just loved this 1930 property with lots of original features . It's spotlessly clean, smashing en-suite, comfy bed and nice breakfast. Ideally located for the Eden Project. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Oh and ladies no need to take...

Spent a wonderful 3 night stay with Kim at the Mount View when my family attended my son's wedding. The accommodation was excellent, Kim made us very welcome. The breakfast selection was good and was cooked to a high standard, well worth a visit.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Kim made us feel welcome and showed interest in our plans. She cooked breakfast superbly. Value for money and not too far from town and other places to visit. Liked the soft music in the breakfast room.

The accommodation was easy to find. Parking was up a slope and there are a few steps to contend with to the entrance. However all was worthwhile when we were welcomed with a smiling Kim who made us feel that our comfort and needs were her top priority. We had the twin room at the side of the house which overlooked...

Run by the lovely Kim, who is always happy to point you in the right direction and chat about your plans or experiences, this is a nice little place. A little tough to turn into from the main road, or maneuver out of, but not difficult to find. The only downfalls are the old-style lock on the door which was...

Kim, the proprietor, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast anything from full English to whatever you need with ample choice. We used this as a base - Eden Project very close, Lost Gardens of Heligan even closer. St Austell town centre 400 yards up a hill, but this is Cornwall! Rooms clean and tidy. We recommend and would return. Thank you...
