The surroundings are incredible. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. We had a great room and the fact that we could take our dog with us was great. Really enjoyed the spa as well, will definitely be back.

I went with a girlfriend to celebrate our special birthdays. We ate in the hotel twice and all was very good. Even had a cream tea. The spa was a lovely way to unwind and an added bonus. It is ideally located for the coast and The Lost Gardens and the Eden Project.

This is a beautiful place, the spa was stunning and very clean, food was brilliant and the staff were always helpful, although the fire alarm went off at 6am we will definitely be returning :) if I had one suggestion it would be finding a way of attaching the spa to the hotel- with a covered walk way.

Stayed here over Easter on one of their Easter Break packages which was reasonably priced when compared to other hotels of a similar standard. Check in was easy and the room was of a decent size and the bathroom was large. The food was good but the waiting staff were clearly inexperienced as drink orders were forgotten and generally the... The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff very friendly indeed. The room was very nice. It's a great setting and quite close to St Austell, Charlestown, Mevagissy and lots of beaches. The food was very good too. The spa was very nice too! The best recommendation we can make is that we would come back and stay there again.... More

Went for a spa afternoon with some friends and from the outset it was a lash up. This is what they do it should go smooth but instead it's like they don't know what to do with you! The pool is one end with the lockers, the spa is up the other end. We went to reception, given robes, sent... More
