Would certainly recommend Bradleigh Lodge to our friends. Everything about our two night stay was first class. Although the rooms were on the small side, they were very well appointed with all you could possibly need for a comfortable break. The cooked breakfast was yummy and lasted us throughout the day. The hosts were very efficient and friendly and added...

I stayed for three nights while I was on a training course. This has to be the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. Lyn is brilliant and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have the perfect stay. It is a shame I had to be out all day, because I did not get...

Have spent 3 nights B&B at Bradleigh Lodge St Austell Cornwall. One of the best B&B's i have stayed in for a long time. Adequate parking available. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Fresh towel everyday. The shower had plenty of room to maneuver in and the shower offered hot water instantly. A plentiful breakfast was offered with fresh...

Lovely friendly B&B in a good location to discover this part of Cornwall. Very, very clean with all the modern comforts you require. I stayed 4 nights with a friend and would definitely recommend. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, and the cooked breakfast was perfectly done. My only regret was that our room (3) and the ensuite...

Spent 4 nights here last week and didn't want to leave. Lovely friendly host Lyn supported at breakfast time by Kathy, another lovely lady. Rooms and beds VERY comfortable, beautiful decor, fabulous shower, relaxed atmosphere. Plentiful, very well cooked and presented breakfast, particularly liked the handcut crusty toasted bread, a very pleasant change from standard ready sliced stuff. Not sure...

My wife and I stayed at Bradleigh Lodge for four nights at the end of a months holiday to the UK. We had a very modern and comfortable detached unit at the rear of the house with easy access to the sunroom for breakfast. Our host Lynn was delightful and provides a great breakfast and was very helpful and accommodating....

Spent two nights here. Absolutely amazing b&b. Immaculately clean. Huge fluffy white towels and bathrobe. . Comfortable beds with spotless bedding. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate with enough milks to make a proper cuppa. Biscuits and even chocolate mints. Hot power shower. Wonderful breakfast cooked by a really friendly hostess.
