Stayed one night whilst visiting nearby Caerhays castle and garden and also Pendennis Castle (both well worth a visit). Our room was warm and comfortable (ditto the bed) and furnished in farmhouse style, with lovely open views. The ensuite was clean and spacious, with good quality towels and abundant hot water for showers. Despite the busy A390 being less than...

A stunning setting and accommodation to match. We stayed in the Deer Park cottage and couldn't have been more impressed and happy with the place, it was everything and more with many personal touches. The family are so welcoming and the breakfast was excellent! We will defiantly be back, a real find! Many thanks Poltarrow Farm.

Stayed in the farm house as b&b. Arrived on wet and windy evening, to be greeted by the lovely Judith who served tea and buns, absolutely delicious. Beautiful large room with comfortable enormous bed and linens. Large bathroom with fabulous shower. She recommended places to eat. Lovely comfy guest sitting room to use. "Farm" is stunning location but minutes from...

We stayed one night Bed and Breakfast in the farmhouse, which has a lovely homely feel. Judith was a charming and friendly host and after showing us our room provided us with tea, coffee and fabulous homemade yeast buns with plenty of butter. Our room overlooked the front garden and had a super king size bad as we had requested...

Stayed in Stag accommodation. Clean, tidy, well furnished, comfortable, spacious and all on one level which was suitable for us having an 11 year old and 16 week old baby. However, no fitted sheet on cot on arrival and no one available to help. Noisy boiler situated near to bedrooms and shower extremely noisy also, could do with updating. Ordered...

Location was good, breakfast first class. On arrival you are made very welcome by the owner Judith, rooms were excellent, 15 min to the Eden project. As we stayed for only 4days in late May and the weather not very good we look forward to returning soon and to hopefully better weather.

We arrived at Poltarrow to be welcomed to cream teas and a lovely breakfast pack in Red Deer Cottage. The cottage was great perfect for our young family, it was all on the ground floor with a huge private terraced area which caught the sun all day, perfect for our children to ride the trikes up and down. It is...
