We booked in the White Hart for 5 nights and were pleased that we were give a larger room due to the length of our stay. The room was delightful and spacious on the quiet area at the front of the hotel. Staff were always courteous, helpful and accommodating and the food in both the restaurant and bar were always...

We were recommended this hotel for meals and first went in for a bowl of soup around lunch time - Saturday 5th November. Asparagus and Bacon soup, which was obviously home made and creamy with a nice chunk of brown bread. Excellent food. On the basis of the soup, we had dinner in the bar area the following evening (Sunday...

We decided a little late to go and have a roast here, we rang up and although the restaurant was full they opened the function room up as there were a few of us. The roast is amazing value for money and can include dessert. If you are starving the regular roast and dessert will sort that out no problem,...

We had a lovely meal here; we particularly enjoyed the local fresh mussels and were glad to find a range of vegetarian options.. Service was both professional and friendly and standards of cuisine extremely high....It will be our first choice when we visit the area again

Had three nights at White Hart and was a fair experience. Staff were friendly and efficient, food very good and at a fair price, as was the drinks. Room was very basic and a few drawers to put things away would have been nice. Breakfast was a bit dysfunctional at times. Would stop there again but in a different room....

We had a fantastic meal here. It was recommended by the landlady of the B and B we were staying at. The young man that served us was very professional and ever so friendly. The food was to die for. My fiancé had a steak which he said was cooked just right.

If you are staying in St Austell this is a great hotel to stay in. It is right in the centre near the church. The car park is just across the road and is free. (you do need a pass number from reception to get out). You have to cross a very busy road to get into the hotel (back...

Lovely reception welcome. Well appointed room, loved the chandelier and the blingy accessories. No lift, so travel lightly. Parking is complementary and across the road from hotel. We stayed a Saturday night, and the live music from the bar was right under our room and was very loud at times. We were kept awake by the church bells AND the...

I booked in here as a stop over with work and I have to be honest the Free of charge parking was a really good start. The reception/bar area was really nice and the checking in staff were really helpful and polite. I was given directions to my room, which were spot on and althoufgh the walls in on the...
