No more or less than one might expect from Premier Inn. We've stayed at others in the chain which had larger and better equipped rooms. However, it was spotlessly clean. The reception staff are friendly and greeted people with a smile. The hotel is out of St Austell so unless you want to drive somewhere in the evening, you have...

We stayed here one night after going to a local wedding nearby. Good location. Comfortable, clean room, friendly service and staff, great full English breakfast the following morning in the restaurant opposite. Recommend.

A great location for visiting places in the area and outside city so access is easy. Clean room with good facilities; ample sockets and a hairdryer in it's own lit, mirrored area (with socket nearby for item such as hotbrush). Staff were helpful eg supplied decaffeinated tea and coffee; booked restaurant on site for us. Loved the extra touch with...

First stay in a Premier Inn .had a disastrous time at a Travel Lodge and have stayed away from this type of accommodation . On arrival the receptionist was a delight ! We had gone straight to some local gardens for a cup of tea and the waitress their was very surly and we were disappointed at Cornwall on arrival...

Nowhere near St Austell, actually on an industrial estate on the other side of a very busy dual carriageway opposite a small town/village called Carclaze. So far away from anything stuck with eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Food OK, but no different than any other chain pub. Also had a sleepless first night due to the air...

surprisingly quiet rooms , very helpful reception staff. Carclaze pub/restaurant next door had a good selection of beers and food was reasonably priced food. The hotel is out of the town so you will need a taxi to get in to St Austell definitely on the way back as its way up a massive hill.

Stayed with my wife for seven nights in fresh cool weather. We came by car and I was pleased to find ample parking including a newly made under-cover open-sided area beneath the newest wing of this large property, where my car would not be bumped by others. The hotel has two upper floors, and our room was on the top...

Hotel was good, we booked a disabled wet room being as I can't walk this took quite a few expensive phone calls but when we arrived we were put in a normal room with a bath so that wasn't good enough, the receptionist apologised but no compensation or refund was offered, we were there for a week and eventually got...
