On arrival met by welcoming and friendly staff, explained our visit to Cornwall was to celebrate our anniversary, checked in and then went out visiting local beauty spots. On our return we found a box of chocolates a banner and a card wishing us happy anniversary from the staff of the premier Inn i just cannot rate this service highly...

Every member of staff we met were friendly and attentive and really helped us to feel at home. The room standard was good, with the usual Premier Inn level of comfort. All of our rooms were clean and tidy

We recently visited the Eden Project and booked a room for two nights at the Premier Inn. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful, also there was plenty of on site parking. This hotel is ideally located for a Visit to the Eden Project which is really worth a visit.

I'm always skeptical of roadside hotels but I wasn't let down by the Premier Inn. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and that shower was amazing; if I could have snuck it out in my case I would have!

Excellent stay, great HK staff chatty and cheerful. Nothing too much trouble. Quiet room comfy bed. Spotless room and bathroom. Didn't eat in restaurant so can't comment on that. Very busy when stayed but had quiet nights sleep. Thank you st austell

Great Basic hotel at good price. Friendly staff, great value breakfast and comfortable bed. reception staff moved us to a more accessible room at the last minute, to accommodate my wife in her electric wheelchair.

Stayed for a family vacation. The hotel was wonderful and the staff were a delight. On the last day of our holiday we transferred to a higher grade hotel (which cost the same fir 1 night as premier inn had for 3) where we had more issues and the children requested we returned here. Highly recommended.
