Just had a lovely stay here. The staff were great as we have always found with the premier inns we have stayed. Very friendly and great with children. Free parking. A stones throw away from the Eden project too! Lovely clean room and nice quiet area. Highly recommend.

On arrival at the Premier Inn, St Austell, all seemed fine as we checked in. Most reception staff were friendly and polite, listened to our needs and when we reported a shortage of towels on checking into our room, it was dealt with promptly. On the last evening of our stay, after a long day out, we returned to our...

After an overdose of Premier Inns in previous weeks in the course of business, we chose to stay in another Premier Inn for a short break. Stayed here before and it was OK then, and still just about OK. Due to building work in progress, parking was ridiculous verging on the insane! We sat in our car on arrival waiting...

We enjoyed a two night stay. As always, the welcome was very friendly, the bathroom spotless and the Carclaze restaurant was excellent; all the attendants were slick and cheerful. Highly recommended all round.

Enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn.Large room with lovely view of the coast. The restaurant next door was extremely busy ,the food was good.Had some difficulty parking in the evenings.building work going on so this could be the cause of lack of space. The work did not spoil our stay,

Well situated outside the town with access to both A30 for Launceston and A390 for Plymouth, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was ready as promised. Facilities were as you would expect from this chain. The hotel is separate from the restaurant giving the opportunity for a breath of fresh air before indulging in...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when visiting my son and his family in nearby St Austell. The location was perfect for us as it is so close to my son's home. However, it is out of town and you would need a car to get to it. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We...
