Stayed down the road at housel bay hotel, bit came here 3 of the 4 nights we stayed, cracking food and good staff, made our weekend even better, taxi back to hotel by local ex fisherman was a treat with stories aplenty, on the whole a great old fashioned pub with good locals.

After a warm welcome we were shown to our clean and comfortable room. Over our three day stay we were made to feel at ease by staff and locals and all the food, three breakfasts and dinners, were lovely, well cooked and filling. The staff were polite and friendly at all times. We will defiantly use this inn again when...

My husband and I recently spent three nights in this lovely Inn. The term - "Warm and Friendly greeting awaits" comes to mind when I think of this little gem. The Inn has only eight rooms and the one that we occupied was very spacious as was the bathroom. A comfy bed, arm chairs, tea and coffee making facilities -...

My husband and I popped in for some lunch and loved the proper pub atmosphere the place brings. We had baguettes and they were delicious! Bread seemed freshly baked and the best we've had for a long time. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The hospitality at the Top House was excellent. The River Fal mussels were gorgeous... And in a different sauce, tomato based with a kick of chilli! It was wonderful.... They are also dog friendly in the bar. Will certainly visit again...

Sorry to hear you felt unwelcome and that we were rude. Certainly not our intention to make you feel uncomfortable and I will convey your feedback to our team. We are a village Inn offering a place to eat, drink and stay. Whilst we are open all year round during peak season the inn can become very busy and as...

Ate here twice whilst on holiday. Good variety of locally sourced food available. Freshly cooked to order. Large selection of beers and local ales. Last but not least the friendliness of the staff, hence the two visits.

To be honest we only had a drink in here, and sat outside, but looking at the menu, and the empty plates from other people who did eat, i would say they have a very good and varied food range, and their prices are not that bad, taking into account where you are, they have a fine range of drinks, including...
