Great value with lovely modern facilities and the attached bistro served delicious meals. We only stayed for one night but room was perfect for our family of four. Great location at end of main street so walking distance to all shops & cafes

We were given the disabled room for some reason when it appeared the establishment wasn't booked out. The room was not very clean, previous occupants hair on the bathroom floor and crusty stains on the carpet. Maintenance also an issue, the windows couldn't be locked however because we had some tools with us meant my husband could fix the locks....

The Imperial was about $60 cheaper than the next available. We found it to be very clean, convenient, and the staff friendly. It's in the CBD and free parking is available. No problem with recommending.

The room I had was functionally appointed with modern furniture and fittings and a good size. My room was tucked away in the corner away from the road and there was no noise or disturbance from the hotel bar area which is located on the opposite side of the parking area. The hotel is well located for walking to the...

This is more a 3 star than a 4. It is located a the north end of town and everything is in walking distance. The rooms are large and spacious. The furnishings are modern and there is a small fridge. The bathroom is roomy with a large walk in shower. The room was clean and fresh smelling with windows that...

Stayed overnight. The room was good with modern furniture, good fixtures and overall cleanliness was good. The bed was comfy enough but the pillows were super thin so needed to double up with the spare to get to sleep. On the negative side there was no foxtel in the room, the bathroom shower edges were a bit mouldy, the room...

Good and clean with room to move. NOT noisy although just around the corner from the main road. Great to be able to walk across to the renovated pub with two different food areas available to choose from. Pizza or Bistro - we tried the bistro and food was excellent. Good atmosphere - good drinks - good staff.

I would call this a budget motel that charges at the high end of mid range. By revamp I mean that the towels, washers & floor mat in the bathroom need chucking. Same with the bed linen, the wafer thin pillows & most certainly the bed.
