The Briars is managed under two separate leases - one lease covers the motel section and one covers the 'pub' facility. The Pub provides a breakfast service to motel guests. The Pub lease mgt is relative new and have upped the catering to a mixture of buffet and cook your own steaks along with selected a la carte.
