Peppers Craigieburn offered an impressive standard with well appointed rooms, attentive staff and exceptional ambiance. Hickory's Restaurant was a delight with fresh, locally sourced produce to tantalise the taste buds and a great selection of wines to compliment each dish. Such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere ~ A Fabulous weekend escape! We will definitely be back!

We were very happy with the service and scenery was gorgeous. It was lovely to sit in their cosy chairs next to the fire. Room's are on the small side, as long as your only using the room to lay your head then it's fine.

Extremely noisy. Wedding on which we were not informed of. People talking outside our window ( room 1) most of the night. Snd could hear cars leaving and people walking on the balcony - and we paid $310!

I love this place. I've stayed a couple of times The old style creates lovely atmosphere. Can't really fault it. Slight negative that always disappoints a little is the food. We only had breakfast this time ant the food is mote in line with a large corporate hotel rather them what I would expect from a country house.

The only improvement would be to turn down the temperature in corridors and the room it was a bit too warm for ideal sleeping conditions we needed the window wide open. The food was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

At checkin Paul in front of me had words with staff re the floods and the fact he should have been called at 10pm Last night. We would have appreciated a call if disabled room Affected as it was a special getaway for my partner before his hip replacement operation. To expect him to walk with crutches from one end...
