Unfortunately the overall experience was not up to scratch. We usually stay at Mt Broughton but decided to give Craigieburn a go, big mistake as it is the very poor cousin, it was especially disappointing when it was a birthday celebration. The decor was stark and cold definitely not welcoming or relaxing. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, the...

Great place but the rooms were tiny and dated. The tarriff was very overpriced for the room you received for $300+ per night, we could have stayed 5 star in the Sydney CBD. However the grounds were immaculate and a pleasure to walk around. The restaurant was also quite good.

This was a weekend to catch up with friends, we did a package deal accommodation and meals which worked well. Although the rooms a very small it was comfortable and clean, we had a balcony and the views were great. Enjoyable time.

My wife and I needed a good, clean rest stop on our drive back to Brisbane from Melbourne. We like Bowral as a rest stop before bypassing Sydney and Peppers Craigieburn is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are a high standard and the facilities and service are very good. We will have no hesitation recommending Peppers Craigieburn to...

Messy old and way overpriced. Not even quirky and cute. Would never recommmend. Would have been better off staying somewhere with no expectations. Lounge areas could do with a makeover. Messy lounge and table placement so wasn't at all comfortable. Dinning room felt like a supermarket. Not warm and inviting. When asked for a cloth to wipe water from our...

Peppers Craigieburn was beautiful, clean, and warm for our autumn stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made our stay very relaxing. The surroundings were also gorgeous and dining experience was pleasant.

You were fortunate to experience such a wonderful time in the Southern Highlands. This time of year, the leaves on the trees are vibrant and provide great photograph opportunities. We appreciate your feedback and pleased that you enjoyed many aspects of our facilities and service. Look forward to welcoming your back to our property for your next stay.

Fantastic staff and services, we loved our stay. The room layout and ground floor location supports less mobile folk. The beds are oh so comfortable and the food was lovely. Thanks again Paul and the teams.

Thank you for such wonderful feedback from your weekend at our property. We do have a number of room categories located across two accommodation wings, offering ground floor access and a short distance from our restaurant and public spaces. Hope you had the opportunity to enjoy our lounges areas and the views of our spectacular gardens.

Where to start. Been here for 3 hours and have an opinion already. $250 for a box of a room. I am guessing 20sq metres. Small bathroom adds little more. I am in awe of the mini bar prices. Silly me should have gone to IGA. The downstairs common areas however are wonderful. Open fires and comfy lounge chairs add...

We had a quick one night get away booked and were amazed at how small the rooms are. We didn't sleep well at all as when one moved in the bed the other one bounced. We didn't get a sleep in either as their were kids yelling in the hallway from 7am I would not recommend staying here. When we...
