As we were attending a wedding all afternoon, I booked two cabins at Discovery Park Byron Bay for my family to gather before & after the wedding. The month was May ~ the days were bluebird perfect & we were nothing short of ecstatic to discover Discovery Park cabins Byron as they were beautifully presented, looked over a lake upon...

We stayed on a powered site for 4 nights and had a really relaxing time, the kids loved the water park and we loved the safe and friendly environment for them to play. The park was clean and well kept, the staff were great, thanks for your help Irene. We will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and had an awesome time. We checked in early which was appreciated and stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was just lovely. It was well laid out, spacious, very clean and picturesque on the lake. Our son was entertained with the pool, jumping pillow and water playground. Staff were friendly, we...

Loved our stay for my birthday weekend in one of the modern cabins on the lake. This park is huge with great water park for kids (and big kids) us being 25 and 31 had a ball in the water park. Loved our relaxing cabin with the sound of the water fountain across from our balcony. Short ride into town...

Great park with plenty of potential although very pricy for a powered site. What really ruined our experience was the reception staff. These woman were extremely rude, arrogant people which made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. My pregnant wife had to stand in the reception for around 8 minutes waiting for some washing detergent while the old woman...

The sign out the front said, park undergoing renovation, sorry for the inconvenience. Well since when does great customer service, a pleasant smile, and cheerful conversation on arrival count as renovation? We felt like an inconvenience from the time we arrived for our 3 night powered site stay. Park owners have spent a huge amount on a new water park...

The camp sites are approximately 20m from the main road. We did not get a winks night sleep with constant traffic and loud trucks. Very poorly designed camp ground, along with unpleasant reception staff. We have been traveling the coast for 2 weeks camping and this park is by far this most disappointing.

We are disappointed to read you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the traffic that runs along the park, but we will look at the sites more carefully and look into options of minimising the traffic noise coming into the park. We have made a note to follow up with the staff in...

We visited as day guests and used the water park, the jumping pillow and the barbecues. It was a fun a safe place to relax with our young children and looked like a great place to camp with a mixture of accommodation and secure site. Cafe out the front too. There was a sign up about improvements so I guess...

We stayed here over Easter long weekend in a "budget" cabin. At nearly $300 a night, not really my idea of a budget price, but I know from past experience that this is what you pay in this area at Easter time. The cabin was quite dated, but very clean, except for the blankets, which I suspect don't get washed...

We stayed in a spacious, deluxe, 2 bedroom cabin, which had a private decking over the little lake area. Love it as it is out of the town area so can avoid all the traffic, especially during holidays. So many different accommodation options here. Main bedroom had a kingsize bed with the second bedroom having 2 bunk beds ( sleeping...
