The hotel is well positioned with a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The room was lovely. The photos on the Hotels.com website showed an un-rennovated bathroom but mine had been done up. Also Hotels.com indicated I had booked a garden view unit but this is not a given, so check. Keira and all of the staff were...

We had a fabulous time at this lovely hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with everything we needed, including a toaster. The staff were so friendly, especially the lovely blonde lady at reception who made us feel very welcomed. The pool area is really nice and the hotel is a five minute walk from the centre of town

Our stay was made memorable due to the generous cheese and wine evening offered to guests on a Friday evening - met the one new owners who explained some of the improvements they had/would be making. The rooms are a good size, not generous but roomy enough and spotlessly clean. Byron Bay itself was like going through a time warp...

We only stayed here for one night, shame it was raining, but the hotel was a good choice. Nice laid back vibe, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a beach style to it. The room wasn't very big but very comfortable. Even though we were facing the road the hotel is set back from the road behind the...

The Lord Byron is a great hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly but in that nice genuine Australian way. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the centre of town and the amazing beach but just far enough so you feel like you've escaped to some peace after a long day and night of hippyish fun. Right near...

First trip to Byron Bay and we found the perfect place to stay. Nice vibe, cozy bed, convenient location for restaurants, bars and stores and the staff was super friendly. This would be a terrific place for a family reunion. Pool and barbecue area would work nicely for gathering of family and friends. I will definitely be back!

Should have only stayed one night at this lovely relaxing hotel but because of the aftermath of the storm we couldn't travel onto Brisbane. The staff are all lovely and welcoming and helped make our stay very enjoyable giving great advice where to eat and what to see.

The Lord Byron is a great place to stay in Byron Bay if you're looking for something more upmarket than the typical hostels that seem to be on every corner. The interiors are a little bit hippy but still classy, everything is clean, and the staff are helpful and full of advice. I arrived around midnight and even though reception...

Nice room but a bit small for a deluxe room - view from room 23 questionable... Smoking on balcony not allowed. Big and stylish bathroom with fluffy towels. Extremely friendly staff. Very nice pool area. Excellent wifi.
