We parked our van here for a few days. The facilities are nice and clean. They have laundry and BBQs available as well as a tv room. They have cabins as well as ever and tent sites. The price was decent. We had a great stay.

I took my niece to Byron Bay for her 9th birthday. I decided to stay in a deluxe cabin close to the pool. Perfect size for the both of us. Her first reaction when she found out we were staying in a caravan park was 'this is hideous!' But then she walked in the cabin and changed her mind straight...

Hi la_1977 We really appreciate your gracious feedback. We do all try hard to maintain the facilities here in order to meet our guest's expectations. Our entire team are very proud of the park and we love what we do and where we work, so it's very easy to greet our guests with a smile and happy attitude. We would...

We've stayed here a few times now. Mainly for the location. The price is always ordinary for what you get which isn't much. This time however we found the tiny cabin dirty. There was also a bunch of people camping in a tent with their clothes hanging on the side of our cabin! That's how close they were! They had...

Hi Clara Thank you for taking time out to provide us with this valuable feedback. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness we are promoting and I will take these issues up with our housekeeping team. We take all feedback seriously and will act accordingly. We would love you to visit us again so we can show you our...

For the price we paid to stay, sleeping in a villa that slants was a disappointment. Further, having to wash dishes so as not to incur a sizeable penalty was not appreciated given the accommodation cost. Won't be coming back.

We stayed at the Glen villa resort for two nights because all the other places were way to expensive. Tent area was great, along with the barbecue, kitchen and showers. Bathroom floors could of used a clean but that's beside the point. The reason this place gets an average rating is because it looks like Topdeck Tours owns half the...

Hi Sion Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we do have a contract with Top Deck tours who visit us frequently for 2 night stays. The signs just are just stored in the camp kitchen area and are placed on the designated tables outside when required. We certainly do appreciate your business along with everyone else's and trust you still...

Nice quiet site better then I thought it would be - roomy static caravan things with good facilities - anything with tea and coffee in room is a bonus in my opinion. Swimming pool on site and kitchen available and outside grills for grilling food. Laundry machines available and the site is a short walk to Woolworth's and the main...

Smelly and right out of the 70's stained wallpaper, cannot believe we paid $640 for 2 nights. its business like this that give Byron Bay a bad name. Not even a hairdryer and when I asked for one they do not put them in the cabins in case they are stolen. I am still in shock, we stayed at Abelia...

Highly recommend this park. The team were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Amenities are wonderful and the location speaks for itself, less than 300 metres to the Main Street of Byron and half kilometre from the beach and that famous pub. Well worth the visit

Well, we had an overnight stay in Byron Bay and the reviews on Booking.com seemed pretty good, so we decided to go with the Glen Villa Resort. It wasn't cheap but that's Byron for you. When we actually got to the 'villa' I was absolutely shocked. The chalet was incredibly small and dated. I've slept in much bigger tents and...

We Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. There were ants on the counter the minute we arrived. When we mentioned it to the lady in reception wasn't sure was there any ant spray left as so many people looking for it due to weather conditions. She did manage to find one, lucky us. Just before we checked out we noticed...
