HI SydneySydney, Thank you for your review, as we take them all very seriously. We are disappointed that you were not 100% happy. Regarding our beach-houses, we do mention on all booking sites, including our own, that these apartments are open planned and especially suitable for families. I am sorry that you did not realise this. Regarding, the noise issue,...

We chose East on Byron so we could be self-contained and also not in the very centre of town. The location is a bit of a long walk to town without very good footpaths, but only a 5min drive. It was quiet and relaxing as we had hoped with a fantastic beach just across the road. The bistro on site...

Hi EJK80 Thank you for sending us your review. Indeed our location is one of our many strengths, along with the great team that work at the property. Our resort is just outside of town as you mentioned, but most of our guests appreciate this, as it is a little more relaxing and quieter than properties in the heart of...

5 friends, 5 separate beds, 2 bathrooms, HUGE kitchen and lounge area and our private outdoor area and lap pool. We used the spa which was also huge but the weather was too cold for beautiful pool. Staff were very friendly. Great location, next to a restaurant where we visited for dinner one night and excellent breakfast at East On...

Our accommodation was changed by Agoda and to our surprise East on Byron was great! The 2 bedroom pool villa we stayed in was HUGE, there was 2 bathrooms also and ha great outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and Sink and 8 person table. The pool was directly outside our back gate. There was a few things that were a...

Worthy of a return visit East on Byron is a generally comfortable and nicely appointed Byron Bay accommodation option. We took the 3 bed option which we found fairly spacious and convenient. Note that the bedrooms do not have doors on them plus the downstairs room which provides disabled access and facilities had quite a soft bed with low water...

Really nice accomodation right on belongil beach. Rooms and apartments are tidy and clean. Ask not to go into room 29 as we were woken by the cafe next store opening at 6. But other than that it was a great place to stay. 15 minute walk out of byron so ideal to get some relaxation.

Great location literally right across the road from the most beautiful stretch beach! The Unit was nice, clean and very spacious. On check in our tv did not work properly but reception staff came to room and fixed it straight way. Only issue was that next door was a group of very noisy guys, obviously on a boys weekend and...

To be honest I was disappointed, not that it's not a nice resort as it is, it just lacking.... We stayed in a beach house which is right opposite the beach, your private entry finds you in your courtyard equipped with BBQ and table which is nice but given we had rain the area was unusable and slippery given there...

Hi June Traveller, I apologise for replying so late to your review. We value and take seriously all comments regarding our Resort and action whatever we can. I would like to clarify a few issues. great position - just out of town and near the beach. You can get into the town via a 15 minute walk down the beach which is much better than fighting the traffic on the road.
