Beautiful old pub, claims to be the longest verandah in Australia. Ordered vegetarian and prosciutto and rocket pizzas, $20 each. Yum! Sat up on the verandah eating and drinking watching a Euclid being transported through town. A very satisfying experience.

Four great meals. The chef showed great customer service, very welcoming.Hand made a beef schnitzel for my daughter as there was only chicken schnitzel on the menu. Would definitely go back. Thumbs up!

We did not stay in Hotel but we did dine in restaurant. Medium prices for standard dishes. Food was well presented and generous helpings. Quality was really good and the bar has a wide choice of beverages. Pork belly was well cooked and tender with a good crackling. Lamb cutlets were generous and cooked to a T. The vegetables were...

Ended up here after finding all other accommodation in town was booked out. Got a room upstairs in the main pub, was cheap, but very basic. They do have other motel style rooms out back, so they may be better. It does look like they are trying to Reno the rooms upstairs. The publican was pretty straight up about the...

My wife's Pizza arrived within minutes of ordering it and it looked like it had been brought in from a local pizza place. Our other meals took nearly 20 mins to arrive and they were simple pasta meals. One of our kids' meals was wrong and had to be returned, luckily the correct meal was brought to us quickly. The...

👍 Interesting beer on tap - James Squire - not just boring stuff 👍 Complete menu - who would have thought four mushroom risotto in Cobar 👍 Yep, it's an old pub in a back-country mining town; the legacy creates the charm. There was a guy in mine work clothes, another who looked like the local squatter, and a grannie...

Came here for the Pizza and Schooner night. Fabulous value- $20 for a full size pizza and a schooner of beer. Fabulous, tasty and moorish pizza with a thin crust and generous toppings. Would definitely gone here again if we had the opportunity. Don't miss it!!

This is the type of place you stay at for a sleep and shower and then on your way you go. The room is comfortable and clean. I had a problem with the heating however it was rectified as soon as went in and told them. I have stayed here before. Nothing flash but fits the purpose.

We did not stay at the pub but did enjoy a great meal in the restaurant. Our order was misplaced but the staff handled it well and we received a free drink for our wait but it was worth it as the food was excellent. Of particular note was the hard working and efficient waitress who was the only waitress...
