We stayed in room 33.
Nicely renovated two room Two bathroom apartment.
The motel is in a great location and close to all amenities. The Motel staff were very helpful and prompt with any requests we made.
Needs a few minor improvements as follows.
Vanity mirrors are too high
Power point too far away from vanity in Bathroom 1
No shelf under mirror in bathroom 2
No shampoo shelf in both showers.
No hooks to hang robe in both bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 flooded by water escaping shower.
Faulty exhaust fan in bathroom 1.
No plates Knives or forks to use
We would like to visit again soon and hope our feedback is a positive Reflection.

The motel is located within easy walking distance to the shops and eateries, but you need go no further than the little bistro attached to the motel, which serves great food and you receive a discount if you’re staying at the motel. The motel staff were friendly, the room was very clean, good quality washing products were provided and the bed comfortable. The room looked like it had been recently updated but there was a lack of emphasis on small things, the lounge was worn, the legs of a table needed repainting and the doors looked like they had been painted by an amateur. But overall a lovely place to stay and we will definitely stay again.

The rooms have been newly renovated, modern and very clean and tidy. It is still a Motel so cars are parked out the front of your rooms but far from a budget, dodge motel you often think of. This accommodation is in a great location and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes and retail stores. Great for a couple or single traveler passing through Jervis Bay or staying for the weekend! There is plenty of parking onsite or out the front on the street. The only fault or compliant would be that the shower did leak a bit and the floor was quite wet once you had finished showering. Also we left 2 items of clothing at Motel by mistake and called to retrieve them and the Motel said nothing was found and there was no follow up or investigation into what happened to our items. At the end of the day it is budget price and I guess you can't complain for what your paying for the stay.

I have written this review after receiving my deposit back for fear of having it retained according to other reviews and an obnoxious owner. Check in is very impersonal. It's done by means of a self service machine outside. I would expect better from a hospitality provider. Perhaps a warmer welcome could be given. The owner/manager clearly doesn't care about customer service. There is no wifi. When I approached him to ask why the WiFi is not working in the room and what he will do about it as we had paid for a room with WiFi, his response was that I as the customer can call Telstra if I am not satisfied. I was then kicked out of the office and Covid 19 was used as an excuse to do this. If you read previous reviews the internet has not been working for months and the owners arrogant replies do imply that no care is given.so please note you will not have wifi at this venue. We stayed in room 2. No mirror except a rusted mirror in bathroom. No microwave so can not even heat food. On the upside rooms are clean and location is excellent. Pictures on the the website look better than in reality. It's sad that Covid is used as an excuse for poor service and with an owner that doesn't care there is no hope for improvement.

My family booked a large room with 2 double beds last month at this motel. The facilities in the room are very comfortable, especially the bed. The room is also spacious, and I like it because my children often throw toys on the floor.
The motel is quite close to the restaurant area. Many nearby restaurants suit my taste, so finding a place to eat for my kids is easy. The sea is also near. My family walked out there and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I hope to have a chance to revisit this place.

After reading some of the comments on here I was a little nervous as I didn’t read the comments prior to making the booking (booked in January 2021). However it has exceeded what I read online. The room was the perfect size for us two and it’s a room that looks to have been renovated. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was tea, coffee and sugar provided. There is also air conditioning which is helpful on a hot and humid day. The rooms were serviced daily which was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking in the courtyard however it’s first in, first served. If you aren’t able to find parking in the courtyard, there is plenty of street parking.

The accomodation is around the corner from the endless options of food, drink and beautiful beaches. The nearest supermarkets are in Vincentia which is about a 5-7 minute drive. You do have a little grocery store around the corner in Huskisson as well. Activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and cruises are around the corner as well.

The only things that I could comment on is the WiFi was not very good at all. I tried connecting multiple times using the various connections provided in the book and it either wouldn’t connect or it would drop out constantly. The walls are a little thin and you can hear people in the room next door. This is particularly not good when you have a family next door with children who scream and make a lot of noise at all sorts of hours in the morning when your trying to sleep. You need to slam the front door in order for the door alarm not to go off which meant other people around you were doing the same. Other than these things, there isn’t much further to add and the positives outweigh the negatives. For booking this accomodation 3 weeks prior to coming, we were happy with what we got.

The location is excellent. Service is a bit weird because although there are often people in reception it is permanently closed and the use staff from their Sandbar restaurant to help you check in at their "24-hour kiosk" which is basically a panel in front of reception with holes to take keys from as you check in and a separate hole to drop keys into when you leave.
We paid for a room with a view of the ocean, which means you see Jervis Bay through a lot of trees but the sunrise is still exiting and you can get dressed and go out across Hawke St. before sunrise and get a clear view depending on clouds. All amenities are provided and everything in our room worked. The internet was so slow that if you could connect you couldn't watch any video on the news without lengthy buffering. Some websites do not work at such low speeds like ANZ bank.

We stayed in this accomodation huskisson beach motel in june 2021 and the staff were rude and nowhere to be found. There was a ham sandwich in our fridge from last guest. It was dirty, the water changed temperature in the shower continually. It was very noisy and you could hear people in all the rooms. The manager is rude and offers no legal cancellation policy so buyer beware.

I have travelled to Jervis Bay for business many times and stayed at Huskisson Beach Motel numerous times.

This visit was a pleasant surprise. I notice the property has been fully renovated, new bathrooms, all new room interiors, new reception and the best was finding an onsite restaurant and cocktail bar. The cocktails were great, a variety of local South coast beers and a menu that offers a lot of choices.

The property is across the road from a very safe swimming beach and 80 metres from the main village cafe strip of Huskisson.

Reception is fully automated offering 24-hour keyless security check-in.

Very happy and I will be back

Pretty average motel in a great location. Way overpriced booked online with Amex and was advised by email that we had to check in between 2pm and 6pm otherwise send email to motel to arrange . Arrived at 3pm office closed "due to covid" . The sign outside that ot was 24 checkin. Sign referred to a self serve kiosk. I couldn't enter my Amex card number to checkin. A lady came out of the office to help me. I had to enter a visa or mastercard as kiosk doesn't have Amex.

Room very average and not worth the price. Bed very hard and uncomfortable, outside light streams in due to window only have a blind without curtains. I stay in a lot of motels through work and the motel just isn't worth the cost
