We had room 9 (room with the jetted spa) room was a little hard to find because the bungalows are accessible by driving through an alleyway behind the actual address. The spa bath in the room is massive! Kitchenette is great & room cute and cozy. About a 18-20 min walk into where all the restaurants are - can use the bikes for free!

Visited again this year, Feb 2020, after an excellent visit same time last year. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach, is very quiet, the only sound at night being the crashing of waves on the beach. Good breakfast which can also double as a light lunch. Used the bikes to cycle in to Huskisson which is a quiet and scenic sea side town. Had a non beach day and went to the Maritime Museum which was an unexpected pleasure. Interesting displays of everything Maritime with restored Sydney Harbour Ferry taking centre stage. Overall, a very restful and enjoyable mid week break for a couple in their seventies.

Very clean B & B.
The restocking of basic brekky was nice surprise. Coffee , tea , juice, bread, muffins and yoghurt.
The spa in our bathroom was huge and very enjoyable.
We wanted to use the spa outside but there was a group of friends using it that used it till late at night having lots of laughs.
Beautiful beach in front and you can walk along a bath to the heart of Huskisson in 20-30mins.
I wouldn’t recommend doing this late at night there wasn’t a lot of light walking home from dinner.

Huskisson beach B&B is located close to the inlet at Huskisson. Check in is a bit weird as you go to another associated hotel to pick up your key card then proceed to the B&B.
The B&B has no staff on site beyond cleaning staff during the day so they are basically apartments.
The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
On site parking is quite limited but on street parking is ample.
Our room was tiny but not unexpected. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Nice to see beach towels on offer as well as bath towels.
The bed was a bit too soft for us.
The only thing that was really annoying was the hopelessly low hot water pressure. They have a hand held shower head on a hose and also a huge fixed overhead shower head. A nice look, but totally useless as a shower.
Satellite and standard tv are available as is a blue ray player.
Free Wifi worked well.
Lighting was very good.
A nice continental breakfast pack is provided. Muffins, cereal, milk, some fruit, bread and spreads. A small coffee machine , toaster and kettle are provided.
It is about a 15 minute walk in to town if you wish to dine out and not drive.

Highly disappointed with this business. Our booking was made outside of working hours yet no payment or confirmation was sent to us. Having received no confirmation we opted for another business yet we were subsequently billed $600 and they refused to refund us. They claimed the money had been withdrawn the day after our booking which was false and they claimed we had received confirmation from them which was also wrong. We have paid over $1000 for one weekend away and have been left highly frustrated and let down by this business. They claimed that there was adequate information on the website relating to refunds and booking which we are still yet to access. They also claimed we had been emailed information relating to the refund policy which would have been nice had they sent us any information at all! They also claimed that we were within the 72 hr window to not get a refund which was very wrong considering we were still four days out from our check-in date. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

We stayed for two nights and randomly selected this B&b. From the start the staff were amazing when emailing back and forth. On arrival instructions were easy and place was easy to find. Room was clean tidy well presented really quite cosy made us feel like home. The spa bath in the bungalow is a great addition! Breaky is basic but all you need which is great. Such a beautiful spot. Being a travel agent I will 100% recommend this to my clients and I will 100% stay here again next time. Great little place.

Reception at the motel of same owner was standard professional. booking w/Booking.com was disappointing as was talking to owner. Apparently well booked & not in need for more clients. Fortunately weather allowed sitting on balcony for good continental breakfast else there would not have been space in the room where you could not unfold a suitcase due to space remaining. Amenities in room up to expectation. Location next to beach was great. Learned a lot!

Hi mrmuppet, You booked a 'BUDGET SMALL ROOM'! Your conversation with my reception staff indicated that because the room type you booked wasn't available when you booked online, and if we didn't upgrade your booking you would give us a bad review! Oh and 'surprise, surprise! Here it is! The lesson is don't threaten properties with a bad review in order to get an upgrade, as we don't have time for your rubbish!! Regards John

Respite from Coronavirus restrictions on holiday from Britain.
Some areas needed reviving. Ie dishwasher, cooking area but breakfast delivery was a very welcome addition.
Ground floor room didn’t really have a sea view as advertised but the site in general in a good position very near the sea.

we had a very relaxing time here last week. a very comfortable B & B and an extensive breakfast. It is very close to the beach, which in summer would be fabulous, We could not see the free bikes, but maybe someone was using them.

After six months of my husband having Chemo we wanted a relaxing getaway. Happy with location, room was OK just not what Booking.com had photos of a disabled room! Emailed property, regarding a couple of things and his response wasn’t great. Had a small amount of toilet roll no spare! Also mentioned about the room as not what we expected and fault with one of spa jets! Photo below also of injury caused by spa jet! He was good about fixing tap on shower very prompt. But because we raised obviously a couple of concerns he wasn’t happy and left a bag of DICKS!! Yes dicks photo below!
Left us feeling very unhappy and wouldn’t go back.

This guy is crazy. When reviews are given on his property he insults the reviewer in the most bizarre ways. he said you were fat and intelligent. He suggested to me that I was sexually inadequate!!! Not many people seem to be reviewing these days and a lot of five star reviews are his friends. I'm sure he will be about of business soon.
