Everything is walking distance, the location is right next to the beach. Rooms are very well maintained and housekeeping was fantastic. The room had everything from clean sheets, comfy bed, good quality furniture, microwave, kettle, tea coffee, cookies, iron.... Everything to ensure a comfortable stay Well done and keep up the great work.

The room had everything you need for a stay overnight or 4 days as I did. The bed is comfortable, I would stay again. it is close to beach and the main town with cafes only a few minutes walk away. A car is not necessary.

Kiama Cove Motel is within easy walking distance from Kiama Station; is also accessible to Kiama's main beaches, tourist spots and shopping centre. But, the Motel needs refurbishment and room tariff is over-priced for its moderate facilities.

Open the door to see dust as thick as snow on the furniture, beds as hard as rocks not made properly, coffee sachets hard as a rock, no real milk, soap and shampoo dispenser broken..... STAFF VERY VERY RUDE !!!!!! do not stay here, stay in your car, a tent on the street would be cleaner and safer - I...

The first room we were allocated had a rusty old air conditioner that would not have worked for years. We were moved to another room with working air which was clean and though basic had a comfortable bed. However the smell of cleaning products was over powering at first. The door to the balcony was corroded and difficult if not...

Owners couldn't have been nicer. Revelled in the king bed in number 5 with a great ocean view. Just as our smiles turned down at no internet, we discovered that we could use the laundry for free which was a treat as we needed it desperately. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Great to be so pleasantly surprised when...

Yes it had ocean views. Balcony was as big as a toilet. The whole building very old and rusting. The only part of our room that was really clean were the sheets. Just basically clean otherwise. Shower had mould. Everything was very tired. Staff friendly enough but with the hotel being condemned care factor minimal.

My partner and I stayed here last night after turning up without a reservation. We were offered a king bed with partial ocean views. Tired motel but very clean and lovely comfortable bed and large soft fluffy towels. Beautiful view overlooking beach and really got great value for our money. Few minutes walk to lovely beach and also great restaurants...
