Five nights of peace and tranquility in a very well appointed self contained cottage. Brilliant private deck with great views. Owners took care of everything smoothly and professionally. Great for couples or anyone wanting to chill out. Good accessibility for older guests. Will be back soon.

A 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom cottage on the way home from Canberra. We usually stay in the Fishpen Area if staying in Merimbula but the ambience of this retreat just kills anything we have tried over there. A little more expensive but still exceptional value for what is provided. Maybe not so much of an alternative for...

We were passing through Merimbula and decided to stay the night. We wanted to stay somewhere that wasn't on one of the main roads and saw the sign for Robyn's nest on the highway so on a whim we turned into their private fully graded road and followed it until we reached Robyn's nest - I'm guessing around one KM....

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Our room was bright and large with expansive water views. The owners are welcoming and accomodating. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be nice to have some milk in the fridge upon arrival. Cheers!

This secluded retreat is nestled on the edge of Lake Merimbula, a short distance from the main town. You can stay in the cabins or guest house. We stayed in the guest house with a lovely verandah attached. Room was spacious. Birds singing was the only noise. Greg the host was very pleasant and cooked a great breakfast. You can...

Had a chance to visit Merimbula for business for several weeks, having traveled on business in the past I wanted some place other than a hotel. After reading reviews choose the Nest, quite charming a short distance from town. Cottage had a scenic view of the upper lake and the wildlife were quite breathtaking. On my walks I was greeted...

We stayed in one of the spa units. A little bit dated but fully self contained, really comfortable and spacious. The walk along the boardwalk was lovely (short walk to this trail) and the grounds of the hotel contained a pool, tennis court and great views of the nearby water. A bit pricey, but a really nice place. Breaky is...

We had an apartment in one of the cottages in the garden, near the main guesthouse. The location was about 1.5km off the main road and outside the town, so it was a very pleasant and quiet location, with access via the boardwalk into town. The apartment's decor was dated, but everything was very clean. We were visiting in Sept,...

We stayed here two nights on our trip and can't recommend it highly enough. The host is welcoming and makes the best breakfast. We stayed in the one bedroom cottage with fabulous views of the lake. Can follow the track to the jetty and from take a lovely walk into town via the Boardwalk. If your looking for somewhere that...
