Chose a unit suitable for a couple and it exceeded our expectations at all levels. The apartments are quite modern with a very spacious bathroom and they appear as tho they have been recently tastefully renovated. The motel is jut a 100 metres up from the beach and the rooms have views of the sea

Good sleep quality both from a lack of noise and comfy bed.
The owner was very hospitatable and helped us with some excellent advice on some local things we planned to do.
The breakfast arrives the night before so you can prepare it the next morning at your leisure (bread, croissants, cereal etc)

Would definetly choose to stay here again when we visit Mollimook

Our first trip was booked very last minute, just an overnight midweek getaway. We were very fortunate to grab the last room at this lovely little motel. We had apartment 2 on the ground floor at the front. The room was literally huge, with a massive bathroom and king size bed. My partner was able to work comfortably at the desk for the afternoon.
The included breakfast hamper is a nice touch - your choice of a few cereals, two slices of bread to toast, and a choice of spreads. Real butter and real milk delivered in jugs for the bar fridge. Just like city hotels the room has a mini bar with a good selection of items in the basket, mini bottles of wine and also drinks in the bar fridge.
The bathroom had very nice toiletries and the reception office had a fantastic rack of tourist information about the region, and Belinda the proprietor is a charmer.

Two weeks later and we are back again, this time for two nights and again one of them we got the last available room. This time we got apartment 1, also on the ground floor, which is one of the standard rooms with a queen size bed. Again the bed is made up with quality pure cotton sheets, there is a desk, armchair, luggage rack and wardrobe, and a good size bathroom with very large shower. We arrived late and the breakfast hamper was in the room waiting for us with our selections from the previous trip!

We are so happy to have found this motel and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

My husband and I decided to do a road trip down to the south coast to support the towns and businesses who have been affected by the bushfires. We chose to spend two nights at Allure on Ocean Motel because they are a small family run business. We enjoyed everything about staying at Allure. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have recently been renovated and are really nice.
We had a balcony overlooking the beach, kitchenette and Nespresso machine (we always love a place that provides a Nespresso machine).
Breakfast is also included.
We were so close to the beach that we could open our curtains and check out the surf.
Mollymook, Milton, Ulla Dulla and surrounding towns are all open for business - everyone should take a short or long break at these beautiful coastal towns.
I highly recommend staying at Allure on Ocean Motel.
We'll be back soon!

Awesome location directly at the beach and playground. Simply park your car and relax everything you need is in easy walking distance and the generous breakfast package supplied gets you off to a great start whilst you take in the ocean view from your room.
The owner has thankfully a great eye for detail which gives the rooms a distinctive luxury feel. Without doubt the best value accommodation in town.

This motel is a typical motor hotel offering well appointed rooms which are suitable for a one or two night stay.
On the negative side, the car parks are quite small and if another guest decides to park on the line (as happened in our case) you will need to park your vehicle on the main road which is not ideal. The other negative (which is outside the control of the motel) are garbage trucks collecting the rubbish. The first collection was around 0400 and the second was 0600...... not making for a great nights sleep

One of the nicest motels I've ever stayed at. Proximity to the beach and cafes was the draw card for us.

Beds are very comfy, so clean and modern.
Very functional bathroom with great shower and kitchenette with coffee machine
Casual chairs and little table allow for a cruisy very filling continental breakfast that is included. The big sliding door access allows you to be secure but still let the beautiful ocean breeze in.
Easy access undercover parking with cctv security and good lighting coupled with well maintained gardens make this place attractive.

Its the little touches that made this a really great place to stay.

This Motel is a great location, easy walk to the local Golf Club and nearby Cafes and beach. The Motel room was very clean and good size. The bed was comfy and bathroom big. The included breakfast was good, a choice of different cereal & toast or muffin with spreads and juices. I think there are 11 rooms in the complex, the three at the front first floor have balconies, the other rooms down the side first floor all have views of the beach/water. The rooms are serviced/cleaned each day. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Motel.

Loved and enjoyed spending 5 days at this motel. Belinda the owner and manager is wonderful and has thought of every little detail in the room to make a guest's stay so comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are pristine and beautiful. I love the signage in the room and I think these are mandatory because Belinda is extremely thoughtful and caring. The bathroom amenities were beautiful, hygiene is maintained regularly to the highest standard and we loved the daily breakfast. Belinda is so thoroughly organised. She includes a breakfast menu in the room every day and we have to tick our choices to ensure our breakfast is delivered in the afternoon for the next day. Loved everything about this motel. It has 11 rooms, so it's small and very well managed. I don't think any words will do justice to the appreciation I want to express to Belinda. We also loved the fact that we were just a 2-minute walk to the beach, the fish café opposite is excellent and so is the golf club. What a perfectly, fantastic location. Definitely staying there again whenever we're in Mollymook next.

Stayed for 2 nights in late June. The re-vamped room was clean and fresh, and we especially loved the bathroom. Check in with Belinda was warm & friendly, our room had ocean views, parking was easy and breakfast was an added bonus. I had bought a bottle of wine, and realised when we got back to the room that it had a cork. Panic was averted when I opened a drawer to find a corkscrew among the well-thought-out amenities. Happy Days!

We stayed here for 2 nights mid week. It was booked out both nights. This is a motel that has been completely renovated. It is good accommodation. I judge hotels at this level on the little things that make the difference and the Allure has them covered. Check in was easy with a very pleasant lady.

Q: would I stay here again? Yes, for sure.
Q: would I recommend it to my friends? Yes.

Answer from MollymookAllure
Mollymook, Australia
Hello Liz C - different online sites will show slightly different descriptions of rooms, as when these profiles are set up, we as operators are often limited by the drop down menus available. That said, we have tried to be consistent - generally if listed as an Ocean View, these would be rooms that have their own balcony. If listed as Sea view, then you are still able to see the water from your room, but your room won't have a balcony to sit on. Hope this helps. Cheers, Belinda
