Stayed here for our 37th wedding anniversary, we stayed in the coachwood cottage, it has just been renovated and everything is new. Everything was so nice the bed was so comfy, the pillows were perfect the spa and shower was amazing.. Loved the fact that the kitchen is on the veranda with pull down screens. Loved listening to the frogs...

We stayed for 3 nights in the treefern cottage and absolutely loved it. Beautiful location in the forest away from it all, very quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The cottage was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the bacony and spectacular views. At your doorstep is your own private bushwalk trail which takes you through some of the surrounding forest which...

We had a wonderful two night break away in Treefern Cottage and enjoyed the tranquility and isolation. Lovely surroundings, a great bushwalk and very comfortably appointed. Next visit I'll remember to order the breakfast hamper, and bring milk for tea and coffee, but it was great to enjoy meals on the deck. Great location, handy to the surrounding towns, and...

The service I received was dreadful and my booking was cancelled, without apology, on the day we were supposed to arrive. After looking around for the best place for a surprise, romantic weekend, I read all the reviews for Wychwood Forest Escape and decided it sounded ideal. I initially emailed and was advised to call to book. After calling twice...

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. On taking your 1 night booking you were asked your time of arrival and we were quite specific about this time being met, you indicated you would be here at 2pm, 15 minutes prior to your arrival time you called and left a message stating you would not be here...

Wychwood Forest Escape is the perfect place to get away from it all, overnight, weekend or quick mid-week break. Located close to Murwillumbah and surrounding Tweed Valley. They have three lovely cabins, all a little different and with different outlooks. All cabins are self contained with everything you need, BBQ, beautiful spa, fridge, TV. The cabins are in the bush...

A the perfect place to stay when you just need to get away from it all. We took our elderly parents with us this time, they stayed in Tree Fern, while we stayed in Coachwood. We have previously stayed in Blueberry Ash. The service is always excellent as is the privacy, with the owner only making contact on arrival and...

This year we decided to stay in Coachwood Cottage (see our earlier review for Treefern Cottage). We found Coachwood as well equiped as Treefern. The BBQ was newer and worked well. This cottage looks out over the dam but it high up amongst the trees and you feel very secluded. We stayed during very hot weather; slept the first night...

Our stay of two nights was lovely, restful and relaxing. Our hosts were very friendly and they made us feel right at home. The coachwood cottage was clean and well appointed and had everything we needed including a awesome breakfast hamper overflowing with goodies. We do not hesitate in recommending this place for a great getaway. It's close to Mt Warning,...

this is the most private cabin we have ever found. first thing i noticed was the lack of curtiains. but soon realised they are not needed. we walked around totally naked ;-) and loved it, the only eyes looking in were those of the wildlife. the cabin is basic with an outside kitchen, but it is so romantic. have been...

The setting was very secluded and quiet. The bush noises were all we could hear. Tree Fern Cottage was well appointed - bathroom with spa bath and shower overlooking the forest. Bed and lounge area face onto deck which had BBQ, table & chairs and sink. The deck had views to Mt Warning. A small kitchen inside had fridge, microwave,...
