We stayed at the Elizabeth B & B on 18 & 19 December. We chose this accommodation because it was in walking distance to the Sawtell Surf Club where we were attending a function. The B &B was very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet with a large bathroom and good shower. We liked that we could park just a few...

Three nights at this B and B over last weekend , perfect in every way. quiet, private and comfortable, clean and everything thought of. Quality wine glasses to use down to a strong water pressure-"the best shower",my partner announced. Easy walk a few metres or so to shops, restaurants, and beach(flat grade walk). Only thing i could suggest would be...

The accommodation is clean, compact and comfortable. There are pleasant touches in decorations and facilities and generous toiletry/refreshment provisions. Warren and Jill are extraordinarily responsive to client requests and breakfast service, for example, was exceptional. They are friendly and helpful but make sure they are not intrusive. The location is highly recommended.

The bedroom had everything, beautiful linen fluffy bath robes, and lots of storage. The bathroom also was fully equipped with soaps, candles and lush towels.Even toothbrush and toothpaste. Warren and operate one suite and they do it well. The unit was well kept and in good condition. They were generous with advice. The property is a couple of streets back from the beach, so there is no view from the property. However Sawtell is small enough to walk around and has many different restaurents within an easy stroll....

When booking for two nights in this charming little town, we discovered that availability was extremely limited due to an event, and we had to split our stay between two places. Warren was more than happy for us to bring our 'fridge' things in early while he was cleaning the accom and we were able to check in earlier. Most...

Lovely place. Like having your own private unit, but minus the kitchen. Own private garden area too. Breakfast was lovely. Warren even provided us with an esky and cold drinks when we went walking. If I am in town again, I would make it my first choice.

We were really pleased that we choose here to stay on our way through from Brisbane to Sydney. We don't usually stay at b&b's but reading the great reviews we thought we'd try it out. We were really happy with the size, cleanliness, location and service. We could walk with our toddler to the beach and bring back fish and...

“There is only the one suite. I have to say that people ask me about the view, but the nature of the terrain in Sawtell doesn't provide a lot of rental accom with a view AND proximity so therefore this is not disadvantaged in that respect.”
