Stayed for a couple of nights in early September with plans to visit the Flight 93 memorial and Fallingwater. The location was perfect for both stops. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Except for a couple of peaky wasps that tried to room with me, I honestly have no complaints.

Stayed here on a Sunday night so it was rather quiet. The rooms were very neat with log cabin decor and a rocking chair! Most importantly it was very clean and comfortable. Woke up to the sounds of lions (tigers?) in the morning, so that was neat too. The zoo next door is worth checking out.

Glad you were satisfied with your lodging accommodations! And, it probably was both lions and tigers that you heard!! We hope you can come back for a longer stay!!

Lovely hotel, so much nicer than a chain. Each rustic, wood paneled room has unique touches. Our room had two very comfortable double beds (not queen), and a mini-fridge and microwave. Room was very clean and spacious enough for our party of three adults. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was exciting to hear the...

We loved staying here and will be back. The rate was reasonable and the discount at Living Treasures Zoo was awesome! We spent one day at Idlewild and the next at the Zoo. My husband and I heard the Lions roar early in the morning!

Thank you for staying with us! We are extremely happy that you loved your stay and enjoyed the zoo. It's a perk that no other Lodge in the area can provide. Especially if you don't mind a roar or two to go with your morning cup of coffee!! Please come back and visit us soon!

We had a family reunion in the hotel, even though all of us had separate rooms. We all had breakfast, which tasted very good and the abundance was incredible! We all went to the neighboring zoo where we saw the most unique animals. We even hear them from the hotel! I like that! Everyone liked there rooms because they all...

I stayed here for my cousin's nearby wedding. The rooms were very clean and nicely sized. Much larger than one of the local chains that my family stayed at! The bed was comfy, I had a room with 2 doubles. I read in previous reviews that a top floor room was quieter. Our group was in rooms 207/208/209. I didn't...

We loved the spacious suites with the wifi, great bunk beds for our kids. I really enjoyed having the zoo right beside us, which was a nature alarm clock for the morning! The hospitality of the staff was very sweet and respectful as they told us directions to other places and their recommendations as well. The location is beautiful with...

Although a little had to find in the dark, it was a really nice place to stay. Staff was awesome, bed was supper comfy and it was very rustic, which I liked. The lions sending us off with a roar to match our motorcycles was entertaining at 5:30am, too! Will come back when in the area again!

What a cute place to take the kids. We only stayed one night in room 212. Decorated like a cabin, sooo cute. You really felt like you were in a mountain lodge. Very clean, soft but comfortable beds.
