The front desk staff, especially Taron Stone, were beyond friendly and accommodating. They offered upgrade options and graciously dealt with our credit card issues. Super friendly staff and beautifully clean resort. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our first stay since the COVID situation, Have been to this hotel many times. Pros: Villa Room was clean and looked recently updated (we are regulars) Still Pet Friendly Bunk Bed Villa room ideal for families of 4-5. Great Pool, and time slots well managed (people just need to be more understanding) I saw the pool water tested several times, well managed Free Ice Pops for Kids always a nice touch Dinner at Arthurs was good, with good service. For Pet rooms especially, I actually like the "optional" house keeping. Cons (I realize these are due to COVID and lack of employees so hopefully will improve next time) No waitress services around Pool, long wait at times at food/drink truck No Garfields No more prime rib Buffet at Arthurs Inconsistent quality of breakfast buffet (one day eggs runny, one day they were ok) Pool music should be more upbeat, more resort like. Many songs were slow like love songs. actually some depressing. Even Island music would have been better As I say most of these Cons I am sure will improve as the workforce gets back to normal so I was very happy with my stay and will definitely return.…
I recently had the pleasure of booking a stay for my parents as a gift at this hotel for their 50th anniversary, and I have to say, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment they arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure they had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were greeted warmly and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities they could need. The bed was comfortable and they had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the local attractions and restaurants. The highlight of the stay, however, was the exceptional customer service they received. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my parents felt special and celebrated on their anniversary. They even helped us surprise them with a bottle of champagne! Overall, my parents had an amazing experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming stay. The staff are truly what made this hotel stand out and we will definitely be returning in the future. Many thanks especially to Dee and Keisha.…
Wonderful service in everything! The pool was magnificent and fun, safe and towels were always available. At our stay, last year, we even got upgraded to a suite without paying full price! I recommend this hotel very much and you’ll never be bored! Fun for kids and adults, And the food is amazing! The breakfast is the best, in my opinion, though.
We attended Arthur's for Christmas Day Dinner. It was fabulous! The people that serve you are so polite always. We had Courtney as our waitress and she is so friendly and kind and a great waitress.Love her! Also met Teresa and Donavon at the meats table. She shared her way of making lamb and till she finished I decided to recommend her as a Chef for you with Donavon as her assistant. Give it some thought. Thank You and Merry Christmas 2022
We had an amazing stay! When checking in we were warmly greeted, and asked how our trip had gone. Obviously the lady had noted that we were from Ohio and not from somewhere nearby! That felt so special. Our room was Five Star!!. When taking our luggage to our room we were met by a housekeeping lady, and were greeted by a sweet smile. It felt like we were treated like family! The lady later was quick to unlock our door for me, as I had both hands full of luggage, and after I had unlocked our door it had shut before could make my way into my room. We were very satisfied. We were even given a room that had a door which opened out to the indoor swimming pool!
The staff was friendly, our rooms were clean and spacious (we had 2 villas and a one King Bedroom) and the complimentary chocolates were absolutely delicious!! Our main villa had everything that we needed. It had a full kitchen, a 'free' washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace and plenty of space!
We visited Eden Resort on a family trip to go see a play at Sight and Sound, it wasn't too far from Sight and Sound and was close to many restaurants and even a mall. When we first walked into the hotel we were instantly amazed at how beautiful it was inside and how nicely decorated it was. The staff was very friendly upon arriving and throughout the stay they were nice as well. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary breakfast that was apart of our room package. Our waiter was so incredibly sweet and was so caring about my allergy. The pancakes had eggs in them so he was able to have the kitchen make me special pancakes without eggs so I was able to eat them. The pool was nice and clean, along with the hot tub which was a perfect temperature and relaxing. If your looking for a great place to stay in Lancaster, I highly recommend booking here. …
From the time we checked in, the staff was very attentive to our every need. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping sent a message everyday to see if we need service. We got a message each day asking how our day was going. The room was dated but very well maintained being careful not to change the architectural design. Be prepared for a little noise during the day because the resort is very kids friendly. However, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am. We would definitely stay here again.
We’ve stayed here quite a few times over the years and always were given our room that we reserved but not this year. We booked this room over a month in advance for a one night stay that was to be in the Regency Terrace adults only floor for one night that included breakfast. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk asked if I minded being upgraded and I unknowingly said of course. She upgraded us to a king suite which was at the other end of the hotel from where we were supposed to be in the Regency Terrace. I told the lady that we would prefer to have the room that we reserved and she said let me go see what I can do. She went back through a door and soon after the manager came out and informed us that the room that we reserved was not available now and we would definitely like our replacement room because there were not many patrons in the hotel that evening and it would be nice and quiet in the suite. Not sure why my room wasn’t available if there weren’t many patrons in the hotel that evening. To me the suite was definitely not an upgrade. Definitely not what we were looking forward to and we will recheck our options for our next visit. The Eden Resort is not like it used to be.…
