Hotel's Favourite
What a great place to stay. Very close to the theater venue which is always a plus. This is my second time staying here based on my friends recommendation. The rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. But the best part are two ladies who work there, Carly and Charlotte. So fun to talk to and they always have a wonderful attitude. This will be my go to hotel whenever I am in Lancaster. And we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Just checked out this morning. It was our first time staying here. It took a few minutes to check in when we arrived. We had to wait a little bit because there was no one at the desk. Just a sign saying, we'll be back shortly. The girl who checked us in was very personable. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the usual complimentary fare, but lacking compared to competitor's breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were bland and watery. Sausage links on both mornings we were there. No healthy choices or variety of breads. Just white bread. No bagels, English muffins etc. They did have mini blueberry muffins, which were good. The orange juice was very watered down. Coffee was adequate. Sign in the elevator stating no servicing of the rooms due to staff shortage and covid practices. The hotel did have hand sanitizer dispensers, but sadly no hand sanitizer in them. What disappointed me the most was the $1.50 a day charge for the safe located in the closet. I have stayed at higher end hotels and resorts that had safes in the rooms, but didn't charge their guests for them. I was surprised when I looked over my bill. On the way home after checking out, I read others comments saying it was for the hotel's liability cost for stolen property. I do not feel it's right to charge their guests to pay for the cost the hotel has to pay for their insurance. If you do stay at the hotel, please be aware of this charge ahead of time. Unfortunately, I will be staying at another hotel for our future trips to Lancaster because of this unexpected charge.

Room was nice, clean and a good size. A little hard to see from the road so watch for the sign. Only complaint is breakfast was the exact same every day. Every other Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in has had some variety by rotating between types of eggs, breakfast meat, changing waffle flavors, and a variety of bagels and muffins. Not here. Scrambled eggs, plain and blueberry waffles, sausage links, blueberry muffins and white bread every day. Never had any bagels. The hotel is close to many good Amish bakeries, so after a few nights we started bringing baked goods in to supplement their repetitive offerings.

We took a quick 4 day, 3 night trip to Amish Country to do some antiquing in the area and were most happy with these Comfort Inn Suites. They were very clean, with a particularly spotless bathroom. The 2 queen beds were comfortable and came with pillows galore. There was a side annex separated from the sleep area by a short wall and containing a hide-a-bed. It was a nice area to lounge and put your feet up rather than lying in bed with pillows as a back rest. There was the requisite refrig, microwave and quite a large TV (55”, maybe). Some reviews have complained about the free breakfast and it’s never changing selections. Big deal, unless you’re staying a bunch of nights you’ll be fine. It sure beats a McDonald’s egg McMuffin. Also, the hotel is close to tons of restaurants and the Amish tourist area. All in all if I can’t find anything negative to say then it gets 5 stars.

We've stayed at a lot of Comfort Suites, and this one was as good as the best. Nice large room. Lots of plugs all over. Really good Wi-Fi. Only complaint: One elevator that's kinda slow. But that's a minor matter. We left happy.

Horrible! Rude nasty front desk staff. The manager Jodi Rodriguez is on a power trip. After asking for early check in the front staff was super nasty and canceled our reservation. I was with my two young kids. They even said “ good luck finding a place somewhere else” I have never met a group of inappropriate unprofessional people working in the service industry like them before in my life. I had to explain to my kids that some adults are bullies too and these women like to ruin peoples vacations. Don’t waste your hard earned money with this hotel chain. Go anywhere else. The staff needs ethics and de escalation training. No integrity at all, just not good people

Good place to stay. However we didn't get the best rate despite booking months ahead. The people in front of us checking in got a better rate. When I asked I was told booking ahead locks you in at a higher rate sometimes. And then she told me they base their rates on availability. So she lied. Ripped off

I stayed for 2 nights and didn’t have any problems. My room was clean. The carpet is not the best but it’s ok. The breakfast is standard: eggs, Sausage, toast with jelly, yogurt, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, cereal, etc. there’s definitely enough to get you full. The breakfast crew worked fast and cleaned tables as well. The front desk was kind. The pool was smaller but enough. The temperature was cool, enough to go in for a little bit. The rooms are not soundproof but I did not have a problem, even on a busy Labor Day weekend.
