My coworker and I rented two rooms for a work trip. Staff were friendly and nice, but that was the only nice part of this hotel. Decor is poor and old. Our bathtubs were disgusting. There were stains on lobby chairs. My coworker’s room chair and mattress each had a huge hole in them. Her AC rumbled all night. The chain lock to my room was broken. The flooring in the rooms felt sticky and grimy. I stepped on a Bobby pin that wasn’t mine. My remote had no back and was held together with tape. A lamp in my room was missing a light bulb. The pool was closed due to COVID-19. The breakfast bar consisted of 3 yogurts and pre packaged muffins. This is due to COVID19, however, they still could have provided a variety of other packaged items or fruit. The walls were so thin, we could hear our neighbors talking about their drugs and how they were hot-boxing their rooms.

This hotel is clean and not dated but my room did smell like a stinky man. The fr ont desk staff aren't that energetic or welcoming. I stayed because of the room rate. The breakfast was prepackaged food, no one put themselves out making it.

Not impressed at at but then again, you get what you've paid for!
The hotel advised me that they did not receive my reservations from "Price Line" so I had to make another reservation through them. The bathtub was terribly stained and rust can be found throughout the shower fixtures. The remote control was missing its battery cover and the batteries were being held in by a piece of tape that had hair strands stuck to it. The breakfast bar was damned near none existant but we'll blame that one on the pandemic. The staff, however, are very nice.
The attached pics will show the validity of my negative remarks. Be safe and stay strong!

Our horrible experience started right when we entered the building to check in. The attendant made no eye contact even as I stood at the counter to check in. The xbox on the counter might have had something to do with it. Evidently there was a power problem that day, and the outside of the hotel had no exterior or parking lot lights at night which is a safety issue because you couldn’t see or a car couldn’t see you going from your car to the hotel. We were also not able to use wifi that night. Those problems cleared up the next night, but we weren’t notified of the problem until we asked the next day and were told that “maybe it was because of the power issue they had”. The room smelled like smoke due to people standing outside our room in the parking lot smoking. The heating system blows the smoke right in. The parking space littered with butts. The cable was just a level above watching it with rabbit ears. Most of the channels were grainy and not HD. There was this cord wrapped around the back of the television that had a paw print medallion on both ends with the word courage. No idea what that was for. Every time someone closed their door it was a slam and it sounded like they just came in your room. We were on first floor near breakfast area and it was very noisy. You hear every conversation and breakfast opens at 6am. Dont bother with the “free” breakfast. There’s no attendent and your hot offering is make your own waffle, pancakes, cereal and toast. Oh, and if you like trains there is one that goes right by the hotel at late hours and even blows its whistle for you. There were screw holes in the wall where they had moved over the headboard and an unpainted area. The furniture was disgusting you didn’t want to sit and relax on it. On the positive side, they have excellent hot water and our king size bed was a nice soft pillow top.

We traveled for a basketball tournament.
Upon arrival to the hotel that evening, there was an overwhelming stench of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was dirty with filthy, stained furniture. We couldn’t use the shower as the tub was black with footprints. If it wasn’t 11:00 in the evening, we would have left. The staff said there was nothing they could do besides spray air freshener. Stay away

The bathroom had black mold and was dirty. The room had an overwhelming chemical smell and was so damp that even the sheets and pillows felt wet to the touch. The floor was slippery with condensation.
Price was low and location was great, but I strongly discourage patronizing this establishment until changes are made.

Recently booked one night here while exploring the Amish countryside. Upon arrival to our room we smelled a urine like odor that only got worse as the night wore on. The bed sheets felt damp and the room felt humid. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. The shower had no water power. The ice machine in the hallway was broken. We went to the included breakfast at 8AM. We found only instant oatmeal and yogurt. There was coffee and juice but no milk for the oatmeal. While we were eating at 8AM. the staff began to wet mop the floors all around the breakfast table and entrance area leaving a wet and slippery floor. The staff then began to vacuum the carpeted entrance area and the first floor hallway. The vacuum was extremely loud and down the hallway at 8AM. This went on for about 20 minutes. Unbelievable!! It was 8AM in the morning. Guests were checking out wth luggage while walking on a slippery and wet floor as they had to maneuver around the staff vacuuming. When they finally shut off the vacuum the breakfast crowd actually applauded. Happy to be able to hear ourselves talk at 8AM in the morning.
To say we were disappointed by this hotel is an understatement. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. Even that was one night too long.

Great location, nice pricing and very clean. This hotel is becoming a favorite of mine during my yearly visit of family. They seem to have the best pricing giving the fact I'm not looking to spend too much money - as the room is only being used for a few hours nightly. The location makes it easy for me to travel back and forth to my visiting site - only have 4 turns to get to my destination.

The property just wasnt kept well, my room had food/liquid splattered on the wall. Room had a bad smell which they tried to cover up with an air freshner stuck to the wall. Ceiling cracking and falling, my door to my room did not close properly. It was just an very bad experience. No real complaints about front desk staff they were nice and took their covid seriously wearing their masks etc
