Great location close to outlets and America Music Theater. No frills room but spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and it was good. Only issue was the plastic cutlery was so flimsy and you couldn’t cut a waffle. Also no individual packing for forks and spoons

We had a good one night stay. Front staff was friendly. Beds were super comfy although they were very high, and my mother had issues getting into bed. Bathroom was a tad small. The carpet was ripped up in the room and had a rough edge.. definitely could use to be replaced. We didn't go to breakfast as the area was very small. All in all I would probably visit again.

The gentleman who checked us in was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and in good shape. Great place to stay if going to the Sight and Sound Theater. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked well.

Although we only stayed at this hotel one night as we passed through PA, I cannot say enough positive things about our experience from checking in to checking out 😊😊. Hal was super friendly upon check in and our room was extremely neat and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable consisting of waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. The seating area for breakfast was also kept very clean. Again, we were only here one night but I highly recommend The Comfort Inn for a clean, quiet place to rest your head while traveling 😊😊😊

checked in room for 1 night. arrived June 2022 about 9:00pm. No curtains on window, mirror was not clean. Found pennies, bobby pins and earings near the bed. carpet. I went to night clerk and told him that carpet could not have been vacuumed. He stated there were having issue with maids. I insisted that someone clean room. He finally agreed to vacuum room himself. As soon as he left, I noticed a bed bug on the wall. Apparently bug jumped from rug to wall. We grabbed our suitcases and ran. I squished bug with paper towel and showed it to the night clerk. They refunded the room, however, we did not have anywhere to stay for the night. All motels by then were full. The suitcases were on the tile near bathroom, however as a precaution I had to hot wash and use hot dryer at commercial laundromat and lso wrapped suitcases to leave in heat for a week. Will never stay there again! NEVER!…

Hotel very well maintained and found to be clean. Mattress and pillow comfortable. Convenient location with restaurants near by. Front desk people very nice and helped with logging into WiFi. Vending machines available.

The staff at the comfort inn at the front desk and phone were extremely rude. All I did was ask about breakfast what they offered and the front desk staff member was rude and hung up on me twice without answering my questions. I used to stay here for every concert but NEVER AGAIN. They charge a lot of money for horrible service and I read dirty rooms yo boot during Covid.

I chose this inn, because of the reviews. My stay was not bad. It was average. What truly upset me was, my husband went down for some coffee as my daughter and I got ready. He and another guest were sitting down watching the news while they drank their coffee. At exactly 9:30am they were rudely told (not asked) to leave. The person front desk person then approached him and told him nicely, that breakfast was over and the women wanted to clean up the room. My husband was furious at the way the women treated him and the other person. How dare she yell at 2 grown customers like that! We will never stay there again.

Located very close to Sight and Sound Theater which is why we were in the area. Promptly greeted and checked in by Hal who was friendly and fun. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was good in the shower. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, juices, oatmeal, yogurt and things like that. It's free so enjoy or not..the choice is yours. If we are back in the area again, we would stay here!

We had been staying at another hotel in the area, and decided to stay another night! Unfortunately our hotel was booked, so we tried the Comfort inn for the additional night. The hotel was clean and well kept.
