Hi Courtyard Manager ,I would like to Thank you very much for giving us nice room in the 5th Floor. We do Appreciate it very much that our request was granted. I hope the Swimming pools in not cold .No once is using it because its cold and if you have some issue with the pool. If you have issue with the pool, it should be FIX in FEW hours ,NOT days. Since we arrived here the pool was COLD..I spoke the the staff he said ,they have pool issue for days but why they didn't fix it within few hours??. Some people travel once ,twice or many times per year. But we do expect that the Swimming Pool or Jacuzzi are both working so we enjoy our stay after a long day of being outside for tours. Please do something with in "few hours " for the sake of other people who wants to visit and stay here after us. "Swimming Pool should work every day ,rain or shine.
Lastly, I think Jacuzzi they put so much chlorine on it .Regarding the housekeeper. well, you have to book few times before they shows up to your room. Staff please pay attention to everyone request for hotel brand name.
We do love the hotel location because its close to Bird n Hand buffet Restaurant , the Hot Air balloon rides , Sight & Sounds Theater and much more

We stayed here early in Sept, one night quick get away. They allow dogs for an extra fee which was not unreasonable, weight not to exceed 75 pounds. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet enough. Breakfast in time of Covid is take away, but it was OK. Bagels, pastry. Would like to specifically mention Darrin. We had a few questions while booking and he was very helpful, answering all concerns. It so happens he was also the one to check us in when we arrived. Very competent and polite. Thanks very much Darrin!

Very friendly people at service check-in desk. Very nice clean rooms. The beds made you feel like you are sleeping on air. The swimming pool area was nice a clean. Over all the outside area and the inside area were all clean and neat.

I made arrangements with the hotel a year ago to host an "after-party" for my wedding. This hotel was chosen because it was the only local hotel with a bar. My husband and I spoke with Noah and Trish on MULTIPLE occasions, letting them know our plans and to confirm that the bar will remain open when we return from our reception. This was even confirmed again by both us the week before our wedding. Noah told me that per PA law, the bar will need to be closed by 2 AM but there is a note in our account to stay open. This was the week before my wedding. My husband and I paid for a bus transport for our guest to and from the hotel. Our guests arrived on the bus around 11:00 PM. My husband and I arrived around 11:45 PM. We went to our room to change, then came back to the bar a few minutes after 12:00 AM at which point the bartender told me last call. I told him this is not correct, we had arrangements to stay open. He told me that no one told him that and he was closed. I received an email from Noah a few days later and I told him how angry and upset we were by this and Noah tells me
"Per a note left for our general manager from our bartender that night, there were wedding guests that starting drinking liquor and wine out of the bottle around 11PM and only 5 drinks were ordered from him because of this. Our bartender and our company can get into legal trouble if guests are drinking alcohol not purchased from the bar while the bar is open. I did mention that the bar can legally stay open until 2AM but ultimately the bartender has the discretion to close whenever they need to and in this case with wedding guests drinking non purchased drinks, he decided to close the bar early. "

This is a lie. The alcohol that was left over from our wedding was in my possession, AT THE VENUE. My mother and mother-in-law were sitting in the lobby and no one had outside alcohol nor was approached about outside alcohol. The bartender made no mention of this, he told me he wasn't told to stay open. There was another event that evening. There is no way of knowing if these guests were even with us. I wasn't physically in the building until 11:45 PM. We were faulted over something that didn't have anything to do with us. We gave this hotel thousands of dollars of business that night and to be treated this way over something we weren't even there for is beyond ridiculous. We will never stay here again.

If you're visiting Lancaster County this is a great place with easy access to major sites. At the front desk Mary and Rene were helpful, friendly, and professional, providing information for local places to eat and visit. Housekeeping was responsive to items we requested. The room was quiet with king bed and sofa, well-equipped with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, etc. Nice walk-in shower. There is a bistro in the lobby and small bar open in the evening. Nice, large seating area in lobby and outdoor firepit. The pool is on the small side, maximum 4' deep and inviting hot tub. Our next time out in Lancaster we will certainly consider staying here again.

This is our second stay here this year. We like to come when we go to Hershey Park. The lobby is clean and comfortable. It has several sitting areas, a bar, a grab and go section, and a small restaurant called The Bistro.
The room is large. Marriott beds are always amazing.
Everything is clean. There are plenty of USB ports. TV has internet options such as YouTube.
My favorite part of the bathroom is the separate light inside the tub that you can use as a nightlight. My one request would be that they add additional hooks for hanging towels.
The pool is small but warm and my son actually preferred not having a deep end. Hot tub is relaxing after a long day.
Grounds are private and feel safe. No noise concerns.

This hotel is newly renovated and all solar power. The hotel is immaculate, the staff is attentive to needs also very friendly. However the breakfast is not free which is no surprise for Courtyards but they do have many offerings at a fair price. The indoor pool was nice to come back to after a day in the heat. The 3rd floor Housekeeper with blondish hair was so nice and offered to clean our room even though it wasn't suppose to be cleaned that day.

This is a hotel for business travelers and located in a area of office buildings and corporate offices. My stay was for academic research-so it was well suited. Very clean and my 5th floor room appeared to be updated and had a walk-in shower🚿 . I was in the last room towards the south end and yes I heard traffic noise, especially trucks on nearby Rt. 30 at night. I went to the opposite end and did not hear it in room 534. So I’d ask for even number rooms like x24 through x34. No housekeeping service (every 3 days) and very limited breakfast.

We stayed for two nights, July 24-26. The hotel itself is newly renovated; everything is new and shiny. What made our stay remarkable was the staff, from Natalie and Steve in Housekeeping and Maintenance (due to a running toilet that was fixed promptly) to the entire front desk crew. They made our stay enjoyable! Ray and the others at the front desk have a wonderful sense of humor and pleasantry that is greatly appreciated during these tense times. I highly recommend this Courtyard. My team parents and I look forward to staying here again.

We just got back and I have to say, the hotel was great. Parking was easy, the hotel was clean and we never had to wait too long for the elevator. Trisha at the front desk was very helpful. Yen was great and Caleb, well, he's quite a character and we enjoyed talking to him the most. We had two rooms. The double was huge and the king was small. The problem with the king is that the TV is mounted poorly, at a very weird angle. I'd give the king a 4 star and the double a 5 star. Water pressure is good, better than most, but the MOST impressive thing about this hotel is that it is powered 100% by solar power. Plenty of strong lights in the room as well as microwave and mini fridge with a little freezer. The thing I hated was the toilet paper. OMG, for such a nice hotel, the one-ply cheap toilet paper makes you have to unroll a strip longer than a cvs receipt and fold and fold. PLEASE replace it with something more befitting your hotel. We will be staying here again. The only other thing, no safe in the room, at least not one that I could find....and I looked.
