Easy to get to and very convenient to downtown with its shops and restaurants. Beautiful, very comfortable place to stay. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. Sitting room was pleasant and enjoyed interacting with the other guests. Keith and Brad are very friendly and accomodating. I don't want to spoil the fun by describing the breakfasts we had, but they were surprising and delicious. My schweetie and I are already talking about going back.

We were more than satisfied with our stay there with everything from the comfort to the cleanliness was exceptional. We were welcomed as if we were family and left as friends. We loved the attention to detail in our room, to the food and to the every day needs which we had or potentially could have had.

Brad and Keith are wonderful hosts. They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, and spent time with us, which is what made the experience special. Breakfast was a real treat - Amish-inspired dishes with very fresh ingredients. Brad even shared the calorie count, which was surprisingly low. Highest recommendation for the Lancaster B&B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming B&B. Keith and Brad went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were readily available to make recommendations on where to eat and what to do in town. This made for a lovely overnight getaway from Philadelphia!

Brad and Keith make this bed and breakfast special. They are two delightful gentlemen who make a wonderful meal and Brad has the best stories from his days as a costume designer in the film industry. Our room was comfortable and my gluten and dairy allergies proved to be no problem for our cooks. We would highly recommend this property. This was our second stay.

Brad and Keith were great. Went above and beyond. The breakfasts tasted amazing. Wonderful conversations. We enjoyed the house and room, very spacious and had nice decor. Snacks and coffee were available 24/7, and Brand and Keith were very knowledgeable about the area and wonderful places to eat and shop. Look forward to seeing them again and enjoying another getaway weekend.

Our second time staying here. Brad and Keith are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts are so good - very gourmand. The room was cozy and nice. We enjoyed returning to it every afternoon after a busy day, Like returning home to a comfortable, warm home. Snacks and coffee were available 24/7, and our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and wonderful places to eat. We'll be back.
